I called this company today to schedule someone to visit our preschool site for a quote. The gentleman who answered asked, is this a private home? I said no. He asked for the address. When I mentioned it was for a preschool that needs new landscaping and monthly service he immediately said, «We do not want to get involved with a preschool.» End of conversation. He did not bother to explain his statement. Too bad, we have a nice budget to remodel our facility.
I will look elsewhere.
If it commercial property they specialize in, they should clearly state that on their website and on the telephone.
NO stars for lack of customer service skills.
