Linage Aesthetics and Wellness Valencia

Is this Linage Aesthetics and Wellness or Advance Dermatology… because the door and poster behind the desk says Advance Dermatology, but I called for an appointment at Linage, and I was placed in a Linage room? How incredibly confusing.
Made an appointment because I was in severe pain for what I thought was a pilonidal cyst (had all symptoms of such). Had an appointment for 3:30pm, waited 30 minutes and didn’t get to see anyone until 4:15pm, so I was a tad irritated. I was already irritated that the three front desk staff members didn’t care that another customer in the waiting room had two kids screaming bloody murder the entire time. Anyhow…
Dr. Linda said she would have no problem looking into the cyst which was located at the middle of my butt-​crack, and excruciatingly painful. I have extreme PTSD about needles of any form. She looked, and immediately wanted to cut open the cyst to see what contents it had. I said I was not going to be cut open right then and there as I didn’t expect the situation to unfold that quickly. She then proceeded to «kindly» guilt trip me into getting cut open instead of taking antibiotics. Mind you, the pain was so bad I couldn’t drive or sit. I had someone drive me and I’ve been completely immobile for a week at this point.
The pain grew worse, I developed a 104 fever, so I went to the Emergency Room and they admitted me to the hospital to stay. It was never a pilonidal cyst, as my two CT Scans showed it was an extremely dangerous case of cellulitis. Cutting it open would have made the wound septic (deadly).
I would never trust Dr. Linda again, as she clearly only goes off what the patients say without personal research. If I had let this woman cut me open, the situation would have been seriously worse. Unprofessional. All that schooling to get the degree (s) in this profession to guilt trip and assume symptoms.
It’s been 2 weeks since this visit, and I’m thankful I never proceeded to the procedure. Also, hope you never get cellulitis on your lower back/​butt. It is the most painful thing you could ever experience, and carries a dangerous infection.

Small to average size parking lot and 3 handicap spots up front. Took my mom in fora follow up with dr. Lin, but she saw his assistant, I think her name is suzie (?). Anyway, the front desk ladies are nice, the nurses are nice, the trainees are nice, and they treated my mom with patience, etc. they were very thorough with their work and follow up. We haven’t met dr Lin yet, but I’m sure he’s as nice as everyone else. I noticed in the lobby he even has his own line of products. The websites says he’s a famous dermatologist… Anyway, so far so good with this office.

Dr Aaron Furey ruined my face with rediesse a month ago, he just doesn’t admit he screwed up i looked under my age, now i look like 10 yrs older than my actual age, everyone noticed something «different» and not in a good way i look like my mother’s age, he enhanced facial features that makes me look wide, my face is uneven and the problem of dark circles he recomended to «fix» is still there, he gave me the same «doll» look he has, sunken eyes and pronounced under but worse, what was i thinking i should have known better when i saw him, he told me he had performed over 10,000 of those, he told me i wasn’t going to notice and no down time i knew it was not true since it takes 2 weeks to settle but still went for it, he wouldn’t event give me a mirror i would had said not there, i remember when i had this 2 yrs ago at another place they marked my face they showed me exacly what part of my face was going to improve and they delivered beautifully, i think we’re going to court I can’t stant this anymore I have to go to fix this where I had it before i wont ever let him touch my face again, always always look at the face of the person doing the work if they look nice they can deliver I’m sure now he does his own face what a nightmare, stay away from this place, Lin is not there anymore

I’ve been seeing Dr Lin and Lindy for several years and couldn’t be happier with the treatments I’ve received. I had to have something removed from my face last year and was left with no visible scar because of the meticulous way they sewed me up.
An added bonus is how nice everyone is!

Dr. Linda Elbert is amazing! She has been extremely helpful, caring and friendly from the get go (first visit was 1yr ago). I give her a full 5 stars but the staff 3 stars due to unfriendly/​rude behavior for the majority of my visits. Last visit, however, there was a new girl at the front desk who was sweet and friendly so maybe they are improving on the staff.
Either way, I will return because Dr. Lindy is amazing.

I just had my consultation last Friday with Dr Lin. I was referred by my boyfriend who is also a patient here. My overall experience was very good. The office was clean and the front desk nurse was very nice. I only had time for a consultation that visit but will schedule back soon for few skin treatments. Will keep you posted on my treatment results…

75.00 charge for a no show appointment. You get transferred to a voice mail when you ask to speak to a manager about a concern. What concern you ask, how bout Linage calling you 4 hours before your appointment to CANCEL on you. Need to reschedule? No problem, lets pencil you in; 2 MONTHS out. If I hadn’t prepaid I would’ve just cut my ties w/​this business. Linage doesn’t provide any service you can’t get at any other Dermatologist, that being said, I will not be doing business with them again.

I was waiting in a utility room for almost a hr before I even got to see the Dr. I don’t have 2 hrs to kill or wait around, especially in a utility storage room.
on a good note the girls in the front office were nice.
Will NOT be going back. They need to invest in a better observation room.
