My undercut was really outgrown and was in desperate need for a cut. As the two other barber shops I hit up close super early in Sunday, I decided to swing my Maria’s (this is a major plus for those who work M-F). Unlike other places I’ve been to, this space is super clean and, although there a lot of old school touches, the whole place is up to date.
Jesse and Jordan made me comfortable as soon as I entered and was excited to get my hair done. I didn’t go in with a specific cut in mind and told Jordan to freestyle it. As he was cutting, I could tell he enjoys doing what he does; it really refreshing to see that. He was really precise and personable and with oldies music playing through the shop, my whole experience positive and wonderful. I’m beyond pleased with the way my hair turned out and am stoked to visit Maria’s again.

This used be a real good barber shop and prices were good but now there all raised also they fired the original staff who all specialized in Men’s cuts but wanted to welcome it to Woman also but now it’s mostly woman no more barbers their just hair dressers and brutishions and stylist who went to Beaty school and not barber and yes there is a difference in both school when cutting certain gender hairs plus only Went to get straight razor shave training and now the only one their. shame would of kept coming back if didn’t come change! Don’t go! :-(
