New York and Company

Today marks the last time I shop here. I have spent thousands over the years and just done. They send by email very specific coupons where I have learned to ask an associate before I start shopping. Today he told me 50% off, 30% off and I asked if buy one get one free, to which he said yes. So then I shopped those sections for quite awhile, tried them on and low and behold once again nothing is on the coupon except one item when I got to the register. I knew «NY Deals» were excluded so I shopped other areas — the girl at the register’s response was there are other NY deals even if the sign doesnt say it. When I asked about what the male associate told me the girl at the register went to ask him (he wasn’t on the floor anymore) and played go between as he did not come back out. She said he said he told me only 50% off, which wasn’t everything he told me. It did not used to be like this and for that I am not coming back. Corporate needs to recognize it is not enjoyable to shop your store if there are a bunch of exceptions to coupons where you need to spend a minimum to even get. Make it easier NY&CO.

I am speaking only of the store that they have that is new, it is called Eva Mendez. The other side of the store I was not impressed with. So, they have a new store called Eva Mendez it is adjacent to their other New York and Company store. I was extremely impressed with the clothing and the prices with coupons to boot! The staff was super friendly and kind. I have been looking for a new place to buy my clothes and I think I may just found it! Thank you so much for your help guys!

This store always has some great prices and cute clothes… and there is this guy that has worked there for years and I unfortunately don’t know his name but he always cracks me up and I leave with a smile on my face.
