Pierce Construction

John Chamberlain is clearly an exception to the rule. For those of you that have heard horror stories about construction then John is the guy for you.
He remodelled our home in the Hollywood Hills including construction on a very steep hill and his work and management of the project has been par excellent. Not only did he build to plan he had a vested interest in the aestetics of the final finishes and advised us along the way of our options and which was the best way to go. He always left the final decision to us.
Through the entire project, John had full ownership of the job and gave me the confidence that he was personally invested in a great outcome.
He is extremely professional and has an eye for the finer details. He did a lot of work on his time and cost so that the finish were up to his exacting standards (even when the plans did not call for it).
This guy and his company are just great. I cannot say enough good things about them.
