I really like the selection at this specific location. They have a great selection compared to the dollar tree near my house. Makeup section is okay. I’ve found some great name brand products at Dollar Tree in the past and I always wonder why some have more than others. I have asked this question to an employee and I was told basically it’s up to the managers of the store to place the orders.(just what I was told by one person but have yet to confirm) They always have a great selection of seasonal and holiday items. The staff is always friendly and super nice and when I’ve been here it’s never been that busy so checkout is pretty fast. Product Recommendations: The generic acne roll on blemish stick– both me and my daughter use this and it’s absolutely great especially for the price. The ingredients are pretty basic but what’s important is the active ingredient is 2% salicylic acid which most store brands have but only a handful are the same strength. Sassy+Chic– LOVE their lipsticks and lip gloss. Pigment is amazing. I also love their nail buffers. The 4 step ones. The LA Colors line is in pretty decent as well

Smaller store than the 99cents store. They seem to carry about half of the same type of items, and then a few nice surprises. Very small frozen and cold item section. No bagged ice cubes. It’s Ina large shopping center with plenty of parking.

They offered seasonal items and nicer than 99 cents and even party city at times. For the budget party shopper, this is an option. Their check out is always quick and fast. The area is wide and clean. The atmosphere is inviting. This branch is a must visit.

Every thang one dolla! Even balloons??? Yes! Unlike the 99cents only store where it’s 99cents plus .50 for helium, it’s $ 1 for balloons blown up! Good deal

When I need to buy gift bags and tissue I go to Target and spend about 3 times more than I could buy at the Dollar Tree Store. No more of that isht! Dollar Tree has plenty of your basic things, including glass dishes, glass cups, utensils, candles, hardware items, cleaning supplies, toys, party supplies, pet supplies and more. Great place to make a quick stop for cheap supplies.

Nice, friendly staff. Always have some new goody for a dollar — hence dollar store ha ha ha. Best place for helium ballon, cool selection too. Card for 2 for a dollar, another plus!

I love coming here to pick up small items for special occasions, i.e. Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, greeting cards, etc. The biggest plus for me personally is they sell balloons here for much cheaper than places like Party City. I LOVE putting together balloon bouquets for loved ones, there’s just something about balloons that bring out the kid in you. Also, you can find cute gift bags for $ 1(HELLO!) rather than spending $ 4-$ 6 at Target, Hallmark, etc. Anyway, each time I have visited this location it’s been clean and organized and the staff has always been helpful. Great place to check out first before blowing wads of money elsewhere!

I love the Dollar Tree. I haven’t really ever had a bad experience here or any other location! They have always been clean and mostly organized, though sometimes things are a little scattered. This particular location has an awesome variety of things that I haven’t seen at other locations. The only complaint I have is that they aren’t always consistent with their products, I guess that can be good thing too… they used to have these awesome ceramic pigs that I would paint and one day they stopped carrying them, I tried contacting their distributer but they apparently don’t exist in the real world… no website… no phone number… sigh!

I recently started going to the Dollar Tree in Valencia and I found they are always straightening things up and cleaning. I have gone to other ones in different areas and found they are messy and look dirty. Many products are equally as good as what I can get at Ralphs for 1⁄3 of the price. I’m not saying all the products are great, but the cleaning products, body wash and brand name breads, etc. are great and only a dollar! The best bargain I found is their bags of jelly beans, called Jelly Flops! They are the flavored jelly beans that Ralphs sells for $ 4.67 for the same size bag! Some of the beans are stuck together, which doesn’t change the taste any, hence the name Jelly Flops! :)

Every dollar store is essentially the same: the products are horrible and smell funny and the employees are incompetent. I went here for the first time just to see if they have cloth wine bags. I asked one employee if they had any and she«didn’t think so» so we asked another employee. He looked at me with a blank stare and asked, «What?» “Wine bags. Do you carry them?” «What? Wine bags?» «Yes. Wine bags.» «What? Ugghhh. I don’t think we have any.» My blood began to boil. Was he high? Or just plain dumb? Probably both. So I stormed through the store to look on my own since the two demented employees were of no help. I found some. They were in the party aisle. But they only had wedding style ones. I bought three. They look poorly made though, so we’ll see if they last. In the meantime, I will never return to this store again. There’s nothing I can’t stand more than incompetent employees. But that’s what I get at a discount store, I guess.
