As a person committed to personal growth and development, I have done a lot of therapy throughout my life and I can’t say enough about how blown away I am about my work with Cyndie. I have been able to gain powerful insights and perspectives on issues that I have been working on for years. The processes she uses help me to surpass my analytical mind which can sometimes keep me from personal insights that get missed in traditional talk therapy. Her work goes very deep and honestly beyond words and description as far as impact. Her faith, care and compassion for me create a safe environment for me to go places that I have not been able to go in the past. I highly recommend her.

Cyndie’s approach to therapy is refreshingly different, in that all aspects of one’s personality are embraced and accepted. Nothing is seen as «wrong,» or in need of elimination or rejection, an «error» in need of «fixing.» Rather, every aspect, even destructive behaviors such as addictions, are seen as having developed for valid purposes. Cyndie’s approach is to help clients understand and accept why behavior patterns came about, what self-preserving purposes they may have served, and to support the client’s own decisions about what they may like to change. This kind of therapy impresses me because it supports acknowledging and accepting all the parts of oneself, even the parts that may have made a person feel shame or guilt. And the client is self-directed in the therapist-client relationship. I like that.
