Ferrari Florist

Tried to order flowers online. I put in the destination zip code and their online system showed it was Santa Cruz. Googling the address also shows it as in Santa Cruz. About a half hour after I placed the order I got a phone call saying they didn’t deliver to that area because it wasn’t Santa Cruz. While I appreciate the phone call it’s now too late to order same day flowers. It would have been better for the online system to reject the address so I could have immediately looked for another florist without wasting time.

I’m a little conflicted on my review here. I got delivery within two hours (amazing!), but for the price, I would have expected *perfect* flowers. They were not. The stems were trimmed messy and had a lot of scars. Paid $ 70 for $ 40 worth of product if you ask me. But with such a speedy delivery, I’ll give Ferrari 4 stars. Just try a little harder next time. I’d have waited longer for nicer flowers. :)

I needed a last-​minute arrangement for a memorial. They did a beautiful job, we’re kind and helpful and the price was very reasonable. This is a long-​standing local business, so all around a great experience.

I got all my flowers for my wedding through Ferrari and I am SO happy!!! I was quite picky about what I wanted and Heidi went above and beyond to get me the specific color rose I requested. Excellent customer service and gorgeous arrangements. They lasted for over a week and it was scorching hot the day of the wedding. Heidi and Susan-​thank you so much!

I was given a bouquet from Ferrari after getting hurt. The flowers were not just arranged beautiful but they seemed to be frozen in time. They lasted for over 1 week without showing any signs of wilting. I came home one day and one had lost nearly half its petals — which shocked me because I thought for sure the flowers would last forever!!! haha but I guess they eventually got to wilt and fall hah! Still beautiful a few more days. Thank you Ferrari!

This is the WORST store I have potentially ever dealt with.
After multiple phone calls, complaints on my part and false information and lies on their part, my flowers were NEVER delivered to my mother on the day of the birth of her 1^st grandchild.
The experience of being lied to, having made multiple complaints, and have ruined the whole occasion.
If you have any love or respect for the person you are sending flowers to, do NOT use this business

Ferrari Florist and Gifts delivered in a big way for us! Our friend is the featured artist at Vinocruz but we couldn’t make the event. We called these guys late in the afternoon (on the date of delivery) and the lady who answered the phone, Susan, was super helpful; she designed and delivered this beautiful arrangement to our friend. It was perfect and our friend told us it made his night to see this gorgeous arrangement, which is just music to our ears. Ferrari Florist and Gifts interpreted and expressed our sentiments in the form of beautiful flower arrangement that far exceeded our expectations on such a short time. We will definitely be using them again soon!

I came in looking for a small bouquet for my girlfriend and came out with an amazing arrangement that was better than I expected! So glad I chose to come here instead of Safeway for my flowers! Definitely recommend.

I’ve used Ferrari Florist twice now to get flowers for a very special lady who lives in Santa Cruz. Both times, I was VERY well taken care of. I like their selection, their prices, and their great customer service.

When we finished a remodel for our client in Santa Cruz I contacted Ferrari Flowers make up a flower arrangement. I just showed Shannon a picture of the kitchen so she could come up with a style that matched the new home.
The arrangement looked great and the client appreciated the warm welcome home.

Highly recommended for your wedding! They did all flowers for our wedding at Chaminade and worked with my limited flower budget, and well as very limited knowledge about flowers. They basically took charge (as I asked them to — I just chose the colors and style I wanted — didn’t have much preference for specific types of flowers) and the centerpieces and bouquets were beautiful. Everything with delivery and set up was smooth and perfect, very helpful when you are doing a million other things to prepare for your wedding!

I use to love Ferrari Florist and on several occasions expressed concern on some of the orders, flowers not lasting, wire orders being delivered with old flowers. I’m a customer of their’s with a house account for the business I work for. The responses were NEVER to make it right, always the poor me, I have no control over it etc. I bought the excuses until I placed an order for a bouquet. The MOST horrible experience, I did not get what I ordered, took a photo and it was so completely off that there had to be some mistake. The designer argured with me, and when calling back to speak to the owner, was hung up on. This was the day of the wedding, I had to go to another florist, who could not believe they gave me such an atrocity for a bouquet. The handle was taped twice with florist tape, looked like duct tape. The new florist made me a new bouquet because they felt sorry for me. On the actual wedding day, no effort was made to make it right. I will NEVER use them again and would tell everyone I know to stay away. I have yet to hear back from the owner.

I’m on vacation in Santa Cruz and needed flowers for my anniversary. I was hiding from my wife (to make the arrangement a surprise) when I was trying to order so I was whispering and had to be real short on the phone. My arrangement arrived on time and the flowers were outstanding in quality and appearance. Kudos to ferrari flowers and thanks for helping me on my anniversary!

I’ve had some disastrous experiences with florists, but just had a great experience with Ferrari. Ordered online for delivery in Soquel, and it was fast and easy — my mom was very happy with the birthday flowers, and I will gladly be a return customer. Since I’m in LA, it’s great to know I can get quality flowers delivered reliably in Santa Cruz without being there to oversee it.

Contrary to the previous reviews… I was very disappointed, the woman I spoke with was incredibly rude and unaccommodating. The receptionist, Nan, was wonderful. I will certainly not give them my business.

Ferrari’s did the floral arrangements for our Wedding at Michael’s on Main Labor Day weekend. They were extremely easy to work with, affordable, and did an outstanding job. Shannon helped us pick out beautiful and creative arrangements for the bouquet, boutonnière, decorations for the tables and gazebo, and floral accents for other parts of the restaurant. We noticed after the wedding that several guests left with the table arrangements they were so nice! Overall our experience with Ferrari’s was truly hassle-​free. They are very reasonably priced with no surprises. You tell them your budget and they work to it. They took care of everything for us and really came through. We had one meeting with Shannon to talk about what we wanted. When we arrived at Michael’s on our wedding day the fresh flower arrangements were all setup perfectly and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Ferrari’s was so easy to work with and are a great local business. I give them my highest recommendation.

Sharon’s arrangements are beautifully made, her flowers are always fresh, the last minute gifts are the best at a reasonable price.

Ferrari’s provided all the flowers for my outdoor wedding last summer — We ordered bridal bouquets, hair flowers, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces for all our tables, a wreath, flowers pinned along the aisles for the ceremony, and an enormous arch of flowers at the altar. The flowers were SPECTACULAR! It was obvious that Ferrari’s put an incredible amount of time and care into each of the arrangements, and they delivered them on time and installed them perfectly. The flowers looked fabulous in all of my wedding photos, and my guests were complimenting the flowers for weeks after the wedding.
I also want to compliment the staff of Ferrari’s for their wonderful personal attention to me during the planning process of ordering the flowers for the wedding. It can’t be easy to accommodate a bride such as myself who wants everything to be perfect on her wedding day — but they were so gracious and patient and professional and helpful. Not only were the flowers on my wedding day perfect, but they far, far, far exceeded my wildest dreams of beauty.
A few months later, a family member sent me an arrangement of flowers for a special occasion, and to my delight they were delivered by Ferrari’s! Again, it was one of the most gorgeous arrangement of flowers I’ve ever seen. Thank you, Ferrari’s!
