Came in today on a nonbusy day(raining) only to be ignored by staff who were too busy behind the counter chatting it up to greet my family or offer any help. When we saw something we wanted behind the counter they were at no one even bothered to look up and see if they could assist. When we asked where bigger sized shirts were a staff member simply just pointed and said«over there.» Worst customer service, definitely will not be coming back to this O’Neill. Love the apparel so hopefully the other one will have a staff who is there to do their job.

Cute stuff but the employees were just standing around gossiping and not offering to help nor trying to sell anything. And standing in the way of shoppers. Visited Monday, June 15, 2015 @2pm

Lovie is notorious for forgetting a sweater/jacket on a day/night when it’s 10 below zero degrees out. Such is the case when we were at Santa Cruz last. Although I remembered to bring a sweater, it wasn’t nearly as thick as it should be to protect me from the chill. So much so that I, too, was tempted to buy a sweatshirt. But I resisted. Lovie bought a nice fleece lined black O’Neill zip up sweatshirt, which is now his favorite sweatshirt simply because it is so flippin warm. I find myself pretending to be cold just so I can cuddle in the warm fleece sweatshirt all to myself. Shhh that’s a secret.

only because they were closed while visiting June 2011… why would they be closed?

When you’re at one of the great surfing Mecca’s, what better place to be than at a surf shop right off the beach? It has lots of surfing brand clothing. Anyway, what’s not to like? You’re getting a shirt on your trip to one of the surf capitals of the world. They even have one of my favorite brands, NOR*CAL. The employees are laid back and very helpful.
