Awesome service! Chris was able to take care of my issue quickly. I drove from Bend, OR to visit relatives and we don’t have any electronics repair shops anywhere near Bend so this was the best option for me. Chris spent quite a bit of time on my Sony stereo and only charged me for about an hour and I truly appreciated that! Thanks Chris!

We had a great experience working with Chris and Repair Shop Santa Cruz. We were having trouble with our t.v. and our oven, and Chris was willing to take a look at both. He explained to us that the t.v. would be cheaper to replace than to fix, and we appreciated the honesty! He then checked out our oven and was able to replace a couple of parts for us. I think he can fix anything. Chris was very professional, and the prices were reasonable. Hopefully nothing else in the house breaks anytime soon, but if it does, we’ll give Chris a call.

I contacted Chris about having issues with my MacBook Air. I needed it fixed quickly and he made time for me that afternoon. He had it up and running within an hour and provided amazing customer service. I had thought I lost everything but he figured it out and recovered all my files and he went above and beyond. I would recommend him if you are having any issues with electronics/​computers or just about anything… Thanks Chris!

This review is actually on behalf of my dad, who is not a Unilocaler but wanted to give a shoutout for Chris’s standout service.
My dad made a big oopsie and dropped his computer on the tiled kitchen floor, didn’t want his employer to know yet, so took it to a local shop for a fix. Of course these things always happen on a holiday weekend. Chris took the computer in on 7/​3, realized that my dad would in fact need to send it in to his tech support, and made himself available on the 4th at either the shop (which was closed for the holiday) or at his house (!!) for my dad to come pick it up before being SOL for the weekend. Way above and beyond. Thanks Chris!
