I love my Dyson vacuum but was horrified when it started making weird sounds and smelling like something was burning. I don’t have the money to replace it so I was already thinking I’d have to settle for a cheap vacuum to hold me over. I looked up Dyson service centers and found this location as having a «free health check» day where they would diagnose it for free. Apparently my vacuum was a bit jacked up! But they fixed it and swapped out half the parts for free – in addition to giving me a free bag of carpet cleaner for pet stains! I was so impressed, it certainly made my DAY! I will definitely be back when it’s time to trade in or buy new. Thanks Nick!

We received an e-​mail notice from Dyson offering a free check-​up for our vacuum cleaner.
It’s been two years since we’ve bought this. Might as well take them up on it!
Luckily, this regional center isn’t too far away.
No appointments needed and I read from reviews that the process would take around 10 minutes or so.
The super-​pleasant Nate took care of us.
He took our vacuum into the back and came back out soon after.
To my embarrassment, the brush bar had my long hair completely tangled around it.
He showed my husband how to disengage the bar for easier cleaning.
And, since the warranty is still in effect, said he was going to put a new one in!
While we were waiting, I was looking at the newer models and their air coolers/​heaters.
Wow, those coolers looked niiiice. Pleasing to the eye and would look great in any setting.
While I was pushing the buttons to try them out and making all sorts of ooh-​ing and aah-​ing, that guy I married pretended not to know me.

The hubby LOVES his Dyson DC Animal 41.
I say it’s his because he has so much fun pushing it around and is always amazed at how much the canister fills up. He wants to be the one to use this. Fine by me!!! :-D
With three dogs (and apparently, me) shedding all over the place, this machine works great. Way better than our former Electroluxes.

Called ahead to confirm the Center would be open on Saturday after Black Friday. It was and it was a quick drive over. One of my vacuums was clogged and needed a new hose. Warranty repair so no cost; yippee! My 10-​year old unit needed a new filter. Nick, the service tech, handled everything while I waited. The service was excellent and it was nice to know that I can trade up later if I choose. Excellent customer service… he even helped me get the vacuums to/​from the car.

Amazing, in and out with two Dyson fixes (I busted one of them). I was there for 15 minutes, Nate took great care of me. I don’t know of another company with that level of service.
I would recommend a Dyson to anyone.

Brought our two Dyson 14’s in for their yearly «Health Check». They were understaffed that day and checked one and said it was «good to go» and if we didn’t mind the second Dyson would be checked and on it’s way within 48 hours. Got the call 24 hours later that it needed a couple of things and would be ready for pick up that day! Great comfort knowing it will be fixed either same day/​15 mins or within a couple of days. Santos helped us and was fantastic… he was on loan from a Houston, TX Dyson Service Center helping out here at our local center. Great products, warranties and excellent customer service!

Great place to have Dyson vacuum cleaner fixed. Price is right, service is fast, in and out less than one hour. I would recommend every one come here and check it out.

This place tops the list to repair your Dyson vacuum cleaners. I came in at 8:30am — just when it opened– and left with my vacuum fixed and cleaned in 10! min, by 8:40-am. Manual did the service and he is an ideal employee — helpful, courteous, and efficient. Definitely reflective of the Dyson brand.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Vince who was very polite and was on my issue immediately.
Vince called Nate to the front of the store who immediately looked at my vacuum and said, «that’s just a quick adjustment».
Five minutes later I was in my ride driving home.
No charge, complete honesty and professionalism.

I’ve had my Dyson Vacuum for years and I loved it but it needed some work and I did not want to purchase another brand. I was highly recommended by my sister to visit this Dyson location. I went in last week and Manuel and Louie were sooooo helpful. Louie ended up upgrading my vacuum. I was surprised at the excellent customer service they provided. I’m definitely recommending this location to my family and friends for their next purchase or repair of their Dyson. Love a company that stands by their product. Thanks again Louie and Manuel!

I received a phone call from the regional manager, the day after I left my review. He apologized, and listened as I explained my experience and voiced my concerns. Then he assured me they were going to change that policy from now on. I was pleased to hear that and I hope this benefits other customers in the future! I will be coming back.

I used Dyson support chat online and they told me to bring my machine here. I was assured that since my DC-​37 was still under warranty, that parts and labor would be covered and I wouldn’t have to pay anything out-​of-​pocket.
Be careful, they will still try to charge you $ 25 just to clear a blockage in your Dyson vac whether or not it’s under warranty. I questioned the person who told me this and their response was «Well we are supposed to charge but I’ll waive it for you.» I thanked him, and when he brought my Dyson back out he said «Yeah you don’t have to pay it. Usually we don’t make anyone pay it»
Ok? So basically you’ll try to fish $ 25 from your customer unless they question it, and then it’s a big whatever in the end? Someone must need lunch money

I just wanted a belt for the roller assembly on my DC07 Animal. I think it’s a $ 4 part. Unfortunately for me, they only sell it a part of the clutch assembly for $ 40. I was trying to save time from ordering online. What a ripoff! The rep was polite though.

My DC 17 was out of warranty but Manny made a quick a fix for free! I paid the extra money for a Dyson because the customer service is outstanding. They also have good trade in deals. Thanks again!

Luis is a fantastic representative & employee for Dyson. He is very knowledgable & helpful, but does not push to get the sale. Very easy to work with. My compliments to his manager for his training & professionalism.

Amazingly fast service. In and out within 15 mins with all issues resolved and even a new brush head. So glad to know that whenever something goes wrong i can come here and get it resolved quickly!
Dyson has a great warranty and even greater customer service.

I brought my Dyson here a week ago. They informed me it was under warranty, they replaced the clutch and a few other parts and had it back to me in 48 hours.
Unlike the mention of them not cleaning the machine in another review, their job is to fix what’s wrong with it, and correct whatever was wrong with it. Purchase a cleaning service from them if you are unable to do it.
Mine came back looking the same, except it worked great, than took it home and cleaned it up with a damp rag. These guys rock.

Before I paid for the service, I asked the man if they were going to wipe off the base with a bit of cleaner. he said no, cleaning it on the outside is a $ 49.99 charge. I said — I’m asking for a simple wipe down w/​some cleaner before I put it in my car and he said no, we don’t wipe off the dirt or dust. I told him that, that was discouraging. very poor customer service. I said a simple wipe off of the base would have been nice but he didn’t get the clue and would not wipe it off. I took a few pictures and called corp to let them know of my experience, they were not happy. they are going to email their supervisor to let them know the technician was not willing to return the machine clean on the outside. I would never be back and I am very unsatisfied.

You never really know if you have good warranty until you need to use. Dyson stepped up!
I purchased my top of the line dyson animal DC50 in January 2012. Recently I had 3 issues of manufacture defect/​failure. After contacting dysons usa based call center they created a work order for the Santa Fe springs location. Hint, go there even if it’s farther. It’s a factory location
Manual, one of the great vacuum techs handled everything. It took 10 days, and they do have loaner vacs available. He replaced everything, cyclone unit. Ball unit with brand new parts from the factory
I didn’t pay one dime for this They cost more, but this proves dyson stands by their warranty

Back in June, I took my Dyson vacuum cleaner here for a free «health checkup.» I had reservations at first because I had never participated in such an event. Plus, have you seen the price tag on an upright Dyson Animal vacuum cleaner lately? Had it not been under warranty, I’m not sure that I would have driven my vacuum cleaner all the way to Santa Fe Springs to be honest… not with the trade-​in discount that I could get with the purchase of a new one. That’s just me, though.
This center gets major kudos from me for two main reasons: First, the two gentlemen I was helped by were very polite, professional and efficient. Second, I was told that they were backed up and my vacuum cleaner wouldn’t be ready until Saturday morning (I brought it in on a Thursday afternoon). I received a call relatively early on Friday morning (before they even open apparently) saying that my vacuum cleaner was ready! I absolutely love when a business «under promises and over delivers» then ends up exceeding my expectations. I didn’t have any repairs that needed to be made, but a couple of things were replaced for good maintenance purposes.
The center is fairly easy to find. It is on the back side of building, Unit C. You can easily park right in front of their suite to unload your cleaner. I will definitely come here for future maintenance, repairs if needed (knock on wood), and to trade in my vacuum cleaner someday.
