STAY AWAY! THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND YOUR UNFORTUNATE SITUATION!!! If I could give these hustlers 0 stars I would. Someone shot themselves inside of my shop and after the police wrapped up I called these guys to clean up the blood left behind. The manager I spoke to said the the cleanup would cost $ 120-​$ 130 and hour, plus an after hours service fee, which I was fine with. Two technicians showed up and started putting up all kinds of equipment and covering the windows. Six hours later, after mopping and wiping the area down, they were done. I asked what the cost was so that I could write them a check and I was told that the office would invoice me. Two days ago I received an emailed invoice for $ 3500! It was itemized with ridiculous charges and technical terms that I had to look up to understand. I called the office and was told that WE had asked the technicians to «set up a negative energy environment, use surgical towels for the cleanup, apply a deodorizing agent to contaminated surfaces, etc» and that the best they could do was give me a 10% discount and that if I didn’t pay they’d put a lien on the property and call my landlord to pressure me to pay. I couldn’t get anywhere with them so now I’m forced to get my lawyer involved. They are shysters and will take you for a ride.
