The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Hands down. Do not return phone calls, do not reply to emails. More than half of the time that I call, their phone system tells me the estimated wait time is 3 – 6 minutes… then at 1:45, it asks if this is an emergency, and hangs up. Truly unbelievable. Cannot believe they are still in business. Avoid at all costs.

There is something really wrong with this business. They will not return telephone calls, they offer discounts which do not exist, and they are extremely difficult to do business with. Avoid at all costs.
