Had my first professional wax almost 2 weeks ago. It was very quick (30 min) for full Brazilian and chest. Everyone was very professional and made it a good experience. Wasn’t hardly painful (slightly more than pulling offer a bandaid).
I did have more stray hairs than I thought and it didn’t last as long as I was hoping. I’m giving it another shot in a few weeks to address if it comes out better.

I have been using Brazilian Waxing for about 1 ½ years now. All the women are great and.front.desk staff friendly. Its best to make an appointment especially on Saturdays. I have yet to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment.

Waxing is a commitment that many women make because the benefits outweigh the «pain». I started waxing my legs with a professional at age 15 so the pain has never bothered me. However, in my thirties I made the decision to start Brazilian waxing. It took me almost 18 years, and a lot of in-​grown hairs, to muster up the courage to do it. The person I saw was in Albuquerque because it was convenient with my schedule. I no longer spend as much time in ABQ so I found a new salon in Santa Fe. I was worried that it would hurt, that the results would not be comparable to what I was used to, etcetera. After my wax I was elated because it was quick, efficient and the staff was professional but friendly. I didn’t mind bearing it all and must say, I have found my new spot for brazilians and other body waxing that I may need in my hometown. I highly suggest it!

Love this place! They are very fast and make it as painless as possible! Use the numbing cream though, especially if you are pregnant.

The pleasant, smart receptionist got me in with a last-​minute appointment. Aesthetician was named Mystery. Process was efficient, professional (expert), fast, and comfortable — close to painless. The receptionist explained that they use a wax formulated for sensitive skin on all their clients, so it moisturizes as you go. My legs and underarms were complete in half an hour. Looks to me like she did a perfect job. Still feeling smooth and moisturized the following day as well!

Parking up against their building seems very safe and it’s convenient. Backing out of the parking spaces onto a very busy Cerrillos took awhile. Customers might seek out a parking spot nearby to avoid this very minor hassle.

This isn’t the location I went to but is managed by the same people! Owners really care about making sure their customers are happy and that their staff properly reflects them in their many locations!

I’m very picky when it comes to my hair. It’s stubborn, therefore it needs a little extra attention. I like all the girls here, but Victoria is my favorite. She gives the quickest, most pain-​free and most thorough brazilians out of all the girls I’ve tried here. I try to schedule Tuesdays all the time because that’s when she works. I wished she had more shifts!

Anna is amazing! I love her! All the staff is amazing! I’ve been a loyal customer since March 2014 and everytime I leave, I leave knowing I was in good hands. I don’t have any cons for this place. Everything was 100% amazing. The boutique is super cute makes you feel comfortable. All the staff makes you feel comfortable. I wish I could give 100 stars.

This place was recommended to me and I would definitely recommend it as well! From the time I made my appointment I felt confident that I wouldn’t be disappointed. When I booked my very first full Brazilian, they gave me helpful tips like avoid caffeine before waxing. Why hadn’t my previous estheticians (plural) given me any of this valuable information?
The décor was cute and omg how much for that mustard yellow dress in the window? Yummy smelling natural products that, surprise, no one tried to push on me. I will definitely be buying the pomegranate Hempz lotion the next time I go back. I tried the tester and it was very creamy and luxe and my husband keeps telling me how good I smell.
As for the actual waxing, she made me feel at ease for my first Brazilian. Totally walked me through it including breathing techniques. Such a spa feeling overall. They gave me tips on maintenance and upkeep. I wish more beauty services offered in this town had this level of professionalism and attention to detail. Well worth the price cause it was cheaper than my previous places.

I had a wonderful experience here. The boutique is beautiful and clean– it reminded me of my favorite place in Los Angeles. Amelia did a great job. The girl at the front desk was also very cheerful & informative

I’ve been forever searching for a clean, painless, fast and friendly Brazilian wax place since I’ve moved to New Mexico. I have finally found the spot: I met Jennifer today for my brazillian, and she was very friendly, sweet and very thorough. I’ve been waxing my cho-​cha for the last 13 years and this has been my best experience to date.
Like myself, she is a native Californian and knows how difficult it can be finding things like waxing, nails and hair salons in Santa Fe, let alone New Mexico!!!
I’m not sure I will ever leave Santa Fe because I can’t imagine going back to any other waxing place, ever, again. :)
Do yourself a favor and get pampered. you’ll feel like a million bucks!
