Santa Fe Soirees

We found Heidi when we were looking for a planner to help us with our destination wedding in Santa Fe at Encantado. Heidi had planned an incredible wedding at this resort which was featured in a wedding blog, «style me pretty.» Her approach is straightforward, and her recommendations were narrowed to only the highest quality vendors in SF. We spent hours planning the details and had a specific vision for our wedding. Heidi gave us all the attention we needed (she was even expecting a child at the time and was always reachable!) and worked around our extremely hectic and busy NYC schedules. Her focus on execution was so important, because brides/​grooms can truly get caught up in the details (which are DAUNTING). She presented options, and let us decide. She made the destination wedding feasible. The absolute best part of the process was the day-​of, when Heidi and one other assistant completely executed the wedding to perfection. My husband and I had absolutely no worries, and we didn’t need to attend to a single issue day-​of. It went off without a hitch (if there was one, we didn’t know…). We focused completely on ourselves, our families, and having fun that day. I found Heidi to be warm and funny, straight and to the point, reasonably priced, able to work with any budget, and a quality person whom I’d recommend to plan your wedding.

It would be more helpful to provide zero stars. I was intending to have a simple wedding in Santa Fe and felt that hiring a wedding planner would make everything stream lined. Heidi was difficult to reach, flaky, and disinterested. I truly believe this company is out to make money and not really help brides with any process. After determining that I was doing all the work, and unfortunately after paying this person a deposit, I realized I was much better off without this planner. There are many more experienced, more friendly planners in the Santa Fe area and I would seek them out before hiring Santa Fe Soirees
