Very unprofessional establishment. They«lost my pending altered item» without an apology or offer of compensation. I would never consider leaving an item for alteration that you wanted returned to you… but then why get it fixed? Plenty of other reputable places to patronize.

Ezra, Thank you for the response. Although, your response to my three-year old review is appreciated, I want to respond quickly to a few comments. I did«drop in» because I thought this was a place I could get a zipper repaired. I did get an invoice and a quote and was told that I’d be called in one week(when it was finished). Obviously someone in your company did not follow your appointment procedures. No one called after one week, so I did stop by to find that you had misplaced the jacket. It took about 20 minutes to find(after questioning me if I had actually dropped off the jacket). No, the zipper was not repaired. The zipper repair had not even started. I am sure that you have great reviews for your company, but apparently there are(more than) a few dissatisfied customers that have not experienced the level of service you depict in your comments. I will give you the benefit of the doubt and hope that things have changed for the better after three years.

Very unprofessional an NO customer service. I had the worst experience here and will never go back. The customer service is atrocious and the work is sometimes shoddy. I felt extremely disrespected as a customer, and I was extremely disappointed with the work. One item I had to bring back 3 times because it was not done correctly. I dropped it off, came back and paid for it, and brought it home. It wasn’t fixed correctly, so I brought it back, picked it up, brought it home, and it still wasn’t right. So far that is 4 trips, precious time, finding a parking spot and paying for the meter. I brought it back again. the 5th trip for the same garment and the assistant asked the tailor if he was going to charge me …(to fix something that wasn’t done correctly, that was already paid for). I was in shock! He didn’t charge me, but he didn’t do it correctly. When i came to pick it up, trip # 6, he did it the make shift way… looked like an amateur had done it, looked like a home sewing job. I realized I was beating a dead horse and took it as is; very upset. I paid a lot of money to have my garment fixed and it was done extremely unprofessionally, even though the man knows how to do it correctly. I went through so much stress and aggravation over this transaction, I was in tears at one point. There were other things that happened besides this, I could go on, but bottom line is that they are extremely rude and unprofessional and I will never go back to be treated this way again, and leave my precious garments in their care.
