My experience with staff and Dr. Fraker has been fine but… they have never answered the phone during business hours, I always need to wait for a call back. I would not be surprised they have lost clients due to this odd business practice. I would give them 5 stars if they would answer the phone.

Dr Fraker and Emily are both wonderful. They are both very knowledgable and professional as well as genuinely nice people. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, and I have never felt pressured to try or buy a service or product. Dr Fraker is an expert with lasers (I underwent a South Beach treatment, and Emily is the best for peels and dermapen treatments. I receive compliments on my skin frequently now. Highly recommend!

I have been a client of UltiSkin for years. Never am I disappointed. Knowledgable, skilled, honest in their assessment of need and suggestions for procedures. Each staff member is professional. (I noticed a previous customer’s comments on «Cat» — I believe she is no longer working at UltiSkin.)

Love this place and all the staff! The people are so kind, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable!!! The spa is very clean, organized and the employees are beautiful inside and out! I always look forward to my visits not only for skin care or treatments but to see the kind and friendly staff!

The staff here is very accommodating and extremely knowledgeable about their product lines and what products/​procedures would be most beneficial to their patients. The recent remodel has a very upscale, home feel and makes patients feel very comfortable right away. I would recommend Ultiskin to anyone
