Walked in and they very receptive. My wife and I decided to get the combo because we were on the go. They explained all our options clearly, so their accents weren’t an issue. The reflexology was really good and relaxing. For the 30 minutes on the table my kinks and aches disappeared. My wife came out of her room in a daze, happy and relaxed. This place is a hidden treasure, definatly make time for Zen.

If Santa Fe isn’t already relaxing enough, add Zen Spa to the mix… And you will officially feel as though all is right with the world even if the apocalypse is coming! My friend and I did a massive Unilocal search for a massage place because we were both in dyer need of rub downs! After being extremely disappointed by all the over priced hoopla in Santa Fe(we are spoiled in LA where massages can be as low as $ 20 an hour), we stumbled upon this gem… Or excuse me, diamond in the rough! When we arrived to Zen Spa there was no one else there so we were taken right away, SCORE, LETTHERUBDOWNBEGIN! For $ 37 each, we got 30 minute foot massages(in a communal room) and 30 minute body massages(in private rooms) — ps: they definitely did more than an hour. All I could think during the whole experience was if the apocalypse is coming, I would die a happy girl and by the look of my friend’s face, she agreed with me 100%!! Being a girl, massages sometimes suck when they tell you to stick your face in the hole because after the experience you wind up looking like a member from KISS… Well, when a treatment is THATGOOD, I give no ****s what I look like after… And I for sure did not give a hoot as to how disheveled I looked, because man did I feel good!!! I have to say, this place goes down in the books for being one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Bypass the«frufy» hotel spas that cost as much as a plane ticket to get to Santa Fe and instead get your relaxation on with Zen Spa! PS: the interior ambiance is that of an expensive spa, so don’t be turned away by the exterior!

I went for a foot/leg massage and flotation. The massage was nice, but not phenomenal. The flotation was a very strange experience: you go into a metal pod filled with high salinity water. You float around in complete darkness and silence. It was relaxing in much the same way taking a nap is. Kind of a neat experience but I am not sure that I will do it again. About the spa itself, it is small and clean but not a traditional«luxury» spa. There were no robes(which would have been nice for the foot massage as they push your pant legs up past your knees), no music, or other comforts that one generally expects with a massage spa. Also, no one at the spa spoke English(not even a little) which made it difficult to understand what I was supposed to do, where I was supposed to go, or what I should expect.
