Clark Dr Steven J DPM

I echo the the opinions of other reviewers in support of Dr. Steven J. Clark, podiatrist. I consulted him for a persistent blister on top of an overlapping toe. He explained clearly about my options. Instead of pushing me towards surgery, he performed a minor skin removal operation on the affected area to take care of the problem for at least another 6 months.
I want to point out that there is another doctor by a similar name in this area (Central Coast, California), who is a primary-​care doctor instead of a podiatrist (foot doctor). This Dr. Clark (Steven J. Clark) specializes in surgery of the foot and ankle, and currently (year 2016) has offices in Santa Maria and Pismo Beach.

Dr. Clark is superb. Clear, concise, informative, answers questions, on time, interested in you. I wish all doctors were like him. He saw my husband for consultation of broken bone in each foot.

I was referred here by my neighbor. I have seen Dr. O’ Carroll, the associate doctor at the Pismo Beach practice. I am not one for accepting a lot of medical treatment, and am skeptical at taking treatments. In Dr. O’ Carroll, I feel utmost confidence. He takes his time to do his examination and also listened to all my concerns about the treatment options. He explains everything in detail and makes sure I understand what he is doing and plans to do for the treatment of my foot pain. He does not seem rushed or as if I am «just» another patient. The office staff is great, and they run on schedule. I am very satisfied that I am in the right office. As I have been in the waiting room, I have talked to a few patients that have seen other podiatrists. The other people say this doctor is far better than the previous foot doctor they had been to. If you have any foot issue that needs to be looked at by a podiatrist, I highly recommend that you go see Dr. O’Carroll.
