Christine is just amazing!!! I was looking for someone who can do an extension perfectly! And I found Christine! I live in Las Vegas and travel to LA just for her service. She is the best!

Christine is very easy to talk to and is very sweet. She is extremely professional and did a great job fixing my highlights that were over grown and brassy.

1. She has a phenomenal eye for color. I showed her a handful of Pinterest pictures that I liked vs. didn’t like, and she nailed it.
2. She kept my hair REALLY healthy. I was nervous that going all blonde in one day was going to break my hair, but it didn’t at all! She really paid attention.
3. She is a detail oriented perfectionist, in the best of ways :) She even highlighted the tiniest hairs in my bangs (the tiniest!).
4. She was incredibly accommodating. I flew down from SF to see her (based on recommendations), and she fit me into her busy schedule.
5. She listened when I said I needed something without a ton of maintenance. My highlights have lasted a full 3 months because of her technique; I really appreciate that she took my request seriously and followed through.
6. She was so sociable and nice through the whole appointment :)
7. Her prices are super competitive.

Christine is amazing and such a sweetheart. I was referred to her for color to match/​blend with my extensions. She helped me go from brunette to blonde (finally!) and match the extensions perfectly, plus she game me a really nice natural looking trim and style. I will definitely be going back to her, she is appreciates perfection.

I have been wanting hair extensions for a long time, but I was unsure of the cost, time and effort to maintain them. My curiosity lead me to Unilocal,and out of the numerous reviews for various salons/​stylists I choose to contact Christine. I spoke to her for a few minutes and she set me up with a consult at no charge. During the consult she asked me the reasons why I want hair extensions, she gave me information on the hair, the method she recommended for me, how to maintain them at home, and cost of upkeep. I did not feel pressured by her to schedule an appointment. The cost of the hair (which she supplied for me) and the cost of installing/​cutting was more affordable than I expected.
On the day of my appointment Christine seemed just as excited as I was for me to get my long awaited extensions. As she applied the tape in extensions she gave me tips about how to wash, brush, and style my hair with the extensions in. Her little dog was in the salon, and I was able to have the dog sit on my lap while I got my hair done – an added bonus for me.
I have had my extensions for a week now and very much enjoying them. I’ve gotten my compliments. Christine sent me a text a few days ago checking in on how I am doing with the extensions which I thought was very nice.
Christine is friendly, professional, and offers a reasonable price.

She does the best hair extensions! It was my first time ever doing extensions and I’m so glad that I came to her! Definitely highly recommend if you’re looking to add length to your hair in the Los Angeles area.

It’s been a couple of months since my hair cut, and I must say I was very disappointed from start to finish. I made a reservation after work, and Christine was working on someone else. No problem, I didn’t mind waiting. When it was my turn, she shampooed my hair and that was it, no head or neck massage. I thought it was a little weird but I just shrugged it off thinking she didn’t offer massages.
However, when she was cutting my hair, she let me know that she needed to see her boyfriend around 8pm, and that she felt I was in a rush and looked like a low maintenance kind of gal so she felt she was doing me a favor by not giving me the head massage. She asked me if I minded… I DID mind, but she’s cutting my hair, so I said no.
I would still have been fine if my haircut was spectacular. I didn’t think it looked even and felt that she was rushed trying to see her boyfriend. I won’t be going to her again for sure, especially after shelling out $ 80 plus tip for a blah haircut.

I love Christine! She is not only a great hairstylist but has also grown to become a great friend! I have been getting my extensions/​coloring done by her for about 2 years and my hair always looks so full and gorgeous. I always get compliments and questions on where I get my hair done and am more than happy to send people her way. I HIGHLY recommend Christine for any and all your hair needs!

UPDATE: I’ve had the extensions in for about four weeks now and I asked Christine if she could check two of the tape extensions as I felt that they were a bit loose. (No fault of hers, tapes get loose with wear and tear). When I arrived she had a customer who was gracious enough to wait while Christine checked my two tapes.
Long story short, Christine reglued the two that were loose and went out of her way to check all 15 tapes in my hair. She didn’t charge anything for the regluing. I can’t reiterate enough how wonderful my experience with her has been. GIve her a chance to work on your hair, you wont regret it. I promise!

Came by last week. Loved my hair once again! Christine is am amazing. You won’t regret it.

This is my first experience with hair extensions. I have wanted to have them for a long time and finally made the decision to do it. I researched the web and then went to Unilocal for some help. I knew this was a choice to be made with great care…
Christine is amazing. She interviewed me to make sure I was ready-​because getting hair extensions is a commitment. Go meet with her before you commit to make sure you know the process and what to expect.
I had no idea the care and patience you need in order to take care of them. (Be gentle with your new hair, get a great brush (Mason Pearson type), don’t wash every day, use gentle loose braids at night, use leave in conditioner after washing, finger through your extensions daily to keep them separated, no tight ponytails… you get my point. Be gentle and kind to your new hair.)
Christine uses high quality hair-​very important. Then she crafts the hair to your head in ways that are particular to your hairline.
I have have hair and make up artists comment on how incredible my extensions are. Before they begin getting me ready on set I tell them to be careful of my extensions. They are amazed…
And lastly, her hair coloring tops it off. I have been to 15+ stylist in the LA area in the past 7 years. She is the best.

Christine is the absolute BEST stylist for your hair and hair extensions! She passionately cares about her clients and takes the time to accommodate each one of us. My hair always looks impeccable when I come out of her salon and I get lots of compliments. Christine is incredibly kind, generous and talented. Highly recommend!!!

Christine is amazing, I get a Brazilian blowout and it lasts for many months. Her technique is excellent and she has great suggestions for haircare as well.

Christine works miracles! Let’s just say I had a consult with Christine when I was at rock bottom with my hair. My hair is bleached out and completely damaged and I’ve tried everything. She knew I felt overwhelmed and frustrated and made me feel so comfortable. At the consultation alone she gave me so many tips to help make my hair healthy again!
Then I went back for my appointment and she colored my hair as minimal as possible to prevent damage and added tape in extensions. I told her I was on a tight budget and she really took that into consideration every step she took on my hair. It turned out amazing and she ended up charging me $ 100 less than she quoted! She was very detailed on explaining all the care of the extensions and how to keep my hair healthy!
I have been wearing clip ins for years and platinum blonde! I am not from the area and she is the most affordable stylist I’ve come across. Recommend her 100%!

Christine is amazing. From the moment I called her on the phone she was helpful about educating me about her services. As soon as consultation day came, she sat me down and provided various options of hair extensions and which specific one would be ideal for my suit of lifestyle. We went for the tape-​extensions! This girl is a hair MAGICIAN! I came to her w/​a totally awkward haircut I was trying to grow out (shaved sides, nearly buzzed roots & shoulder length hair in the back) & not only was she able to make it look I had normal, pretty hair, she made it look AMAZING. I swear to god people refuse to believe me when I tell them most of this awesome hair isnt even mine!
she’s totally affordable, she’s always finished in two hours or less with me, and she’s absolutely the sweetest person you could ask for. she also talks through the whole process so its really easy to understand. honestly, i would not go to anyone else for my hair.

Christine is THE BEST stylist I have met to date. I have ethnic dark hair and wanted to go blonde. She corresponded with me via text (my preference), walked me thru a consultation, and even referred me to her mentor because my schedule was so tight. She is genuine and not out to get your money. Her mentor Daniel did an AMAZING job on my hair, lightening me just the right amount and making the roots look natural. My hair did not get damaged at all, which I was thoroughly expecting due to the texture of my hair. I will not be «cheating» on Christine with any other stylists. Her prices are extremely reasonable and she knows ethnic hair (how rare is that in Santa Monica!).
Choose Christine for your color job. Apparently she’s really good at extensions too but I haven’t had any yet. There was a girl there who was getting extensions and color and she looked like 1m bucks.

I went to Christine for my extension when my stylist disappeared on a hiatus of trying to find himself. My extensions were a mess as they have been in longer than needed. I had a mixture of microbeads and fusion all matted up and falling off one by one.
Before I went to go see her she gave me a call and discussed the current state of my hair, what her process and specialties are and what I wanted to accomplish with my hair needs. It was a very warm and personal touch.
When I met her on the day I got my hair done I knew this girl had talent and knew what she was doing. I’ve never trusted anyone to touch my hair or extension other than my stylist of 10 years. Christine’s talent, attention to detail and positive aura makes her the beyond talented stylist.
In the 3 months I has my extensions in, I’ve only lost 1 strand of extension! And that is pretty amazing!!!
