We are a Media company and experienced the worse service ever, here are what you need to watch out if you have already signed up. 1) First month service was acceptable(trial period) then every thing went south 2) Extremely low quality service — ton of mistakes caused us to buy ton of useless and out dated hardware 3) Pushy sales with little or no knowledge of technology(funny every body had a title with director, manager, or account executive) We started with Amazon web services and quality was equal to calling a kid walking on the block and asking him to learn the job on the spot! if they asked for remote work just refuse, insist delivery in your presence. 4) Horrible accounting, always double check as they tend to offer lower hourly cost then beef up the hours they also did double billing once or twice. 5) Sloppy time tracking 6) Never pay in advance 7) Buy hardware yourself and triple check their list also make sure every thing really goes in your server 8) go visit their office We ended up cancelling our service, this company has no direction and their ultimate goal is NOT your satisfaction. Nowadays for all of our cloud services we go to other vendors.

The best IT support my company has ever gotten. Before I signed up with CorpInfo, I would have to deal with numerous PC and server related issues from my old IT company but now all those issues have been resolved. They did our Office 2010 migration and everything is working perfectly. Simply a top notch organization with IT technicians who know what they are doing.
