Just by coincidence I was servicing my car Hi-Tech Auto and in front of the shop was Emily’s taco truck parked on the street. Decided to go for a little taco breakfast… Owner was extremely friendly and I went for my favorite Pastor. Extremely tasty marinated pork with generous pieces of green peppers. I’m a big fan of La Isla Bonita but this will satisfy my craving any day.
I believe he is only parked at 2700 Lincoln Blvd until 2:30pm. This family owns 2 trucks both parked on Lincoln Blvd. This particular one is operated by the husband and the 2^nd by his wife… the name Emily… its their daughters name :)
I’ll be back for sure!
