No return policy? Just bought a fridge and the freezer doesn’t work. He said to «unplug it and try again»… Nope. It’s a lemon. It happens, but at least stand by your product! «We don’t take return. Go to manufacturer and deal with them»

We a large management company and have been customers at Feder’s for many years. Joe Levi is our contact. He fills and delivers our orders immediately. He is always extremely accommodating. Feders carries all brands of appliances and are always well stocked.

our washer crashed, could not be repaired economically and we were advised to contact Joe at Feder’s.
Next day we met Joe, at the warehouse/​showroom and he helped us choose a new washer for our business… even more importantly delivery was scheduled for next day. Installation and removal of the existing washer was seamless and overall this was a true 5 star customer service transaction throughout… sure there is no on site parking and no luxury store, but you do get friendly, informative, non pushy personal service and a great selection of appliances at good prices… that works for me every time and I will be back when we next require any appliance

My oven broke 2 days before the night I was expecting 18 for dinner. Eddie at Feders was recommended to me. I called him at 4 p.m. Thursday, gave him my specs, and was assured he’d have an oven in his inventory for me. Got there at 4:45, 15 minutes before closing, and Eddie could not have been more accommodating. He found me an oven, arranged to have it installed the next day, and my dinner was cooked by that evening. I did not feel rushed or pressured and felt like I found someone who understood my urgency, yet did not take advantage of the situation.

As far as Feders Dist goes I would rate them a «FIVE.» They were very professional and accommodating regarding a special need I had for a room air conditioner in September, off season. The installation they arranged was great. George had great product knowledge and customer service and was able to thoroughly explain the product.
The LG 8000 BTU room air conditioner: I would give a «THREE»:
Tends to be noisy
Airflow is difficult to adjust and adjustments are limited
On the energy saver cycle, it tends to shut off and come back on repetitively.
Bottom line, Feders is very good to deal with. They do have an excellent product line. I did not have many ac units available to me anywhere due to it being the end of summer.

We were DYING during last week’s heat wave and I called every single palce I could think of, to try and get portabe/​movable air conditioners. feder’s was the ONLY place that had them and for a great price. They had two left and I grabbed them (But I think they got more in, so call them up!) Super items, easy to use. And today I had to call them up and ask for another receipt, because I had lost mine! (My book keeper needed it) They went through their records, found it for me and emailed me a copy. Would Best Buy, Home Depot or Bed, Bath and Beyond do that? NO! I am a customer for life.

I rely on Feder’s for great service and competitive pricing. We buy around 6 appliances yearly and I alway go to Feders. They consistently get us good results with our tenants with good quality appliances, smooth delivery and installation, fair prices. I recommend them and almost never even bother to shop elsewhere.

Bought my refrigerator from them. Got it delivered the next day. Delivery men were quick and professional. They were very careful and respectful among my furniture which I admire.
