They don’t have their own parking, so park along the street or at Vons parking may be. When you pick up your order — there are discount coupons for dry cleaning and alterations — 25% and 15%. The time to pick up your order is about 4 – 5 days, not less. I gave them a number of stuff and I don’t have any complaints, pretty good job. Prices for alterations and dry cleaning of silk clothes a little bit higher than I’d pay though.

DONOTGIVETHEMYOURBUSINESS. I am infuriated and shocked by the grossly substandard customer service I received from this dry cleaner. Not only do they charge more than most other places in the area, but they take much longer in terms of turnaround, and their work isn’t thorough. given that they fail to even so much as keep track of customers’ expensive items(I will detail this point below). And worst of all, they treat paying customers like me with unadulterated and shameless disrespect. Without apologies. On Sunday, July 27, my boyfriend and I stopped by to drop off a couple of things — my favorite Michael Kors trench coat and a couple of his pairs of slacks. The dry cleaner ensured us that our items would be available for pick up by 5pm on Wednesday 7/30, for Thursday 7⁄31 morning pick up(I would have to stop by to grab the items on my way into work the next morning). We already thought that was a long amount of time to wait on those items, relative to other dry cleaners, but we just went there anyways because it was conveniently located near our apartment. On Thursday 7⁄31 in the morning, the dry cleaner only had my boyfriend’s slacks and did NOT have my coat. They spent so much time hassling me about not having the coat that I ended up late to work that morning, which they did not care about even though I told them when I came in that I was in a rush and was on my way in to work. I reminded them that they had promised me that the coat would be available by that morning but they said they did not know where it was, or why it was not there, and had no ability to account for it at that time. They did not apologize to me even once for the inconvenience. They just told me to come back again the next day, which is extremely inconvenient because making a 2nd trip there the next morning was just wasting more of my time. All the dry cleaner said to me was«I don’t know what to tell you, the coat is not here.» No apologies, nothing. I was extremely angered and upset because there was a strong possibility that they completely lost my favorite coat, given that they had no ability to account for where it was. But I paid over $ 30 for my boyfriend’s two pairs of pants and left. I came back again this morning(Friday, 8⁄1) to come back for my coat. They did have my coat. But the dry cleaner was extremely rude to me and told me that the reason my coat was not ready in time was because it was so filthy that they had to clean it 3 times. He tried to blame ME for his inability to deliver an item in time and inability to account for its whereabouts. I reminded him that he never told me that yesterday, when I asked for a status update on where my coat was. I told him he shouldn’t charge me for cleaning that coat because he messed it up and the dry cleaning service and customer service were both completely subpar. He said he would offer me a 5% discount. Which is absolutely nothing. And even after having said that, he STILL charged my credit card INFULL(no 5% discount) anyways. Charges I am definitely disputing with Amex. Again, this whole time, no apologies at all to me about anything. I sincerely hope they lose ALL of their customers because with the amount of dry cleaners there are in this area, there is no reason why any one of them has earned the right to treat any customer poorly.

I am a Resident of Santa Monica For the Past 15 Years. I have been to many Upscale cleaners in the Santa Monica Area with much better service and work. I had The Worst Experience with This Establishment! They Lost My Expensive designer shirt several Month Ago. Went To talk To the Owner Joseph Ebrahimbour To get Reimbursed. Ran Me Around for several Month and offered To pay $ 30 Total Including The cost Of cleaning. Had To go to small claim Court and File a Claim to get Reimbursed. I got Worst Customer Service and got treated Very Unprofessional. Do Not Take anything Of value There! Flair Or Other cleaners in Santa Monica will give you a Much better Service. Prestige Cleaners up the street is also the same owner. I would be very careful dealing with these people altogether!

I recently moved to the Santa Monica area, and did a price comparison of 7 of the dry cleaners near me. Green Tree was one of the ones surveyed, and they fell around the middle in terms of price — not the most expensive(some of the dry cleaners on Montana were shocking), but not the cheapest either — the shop 3 doors up from them on Wilshire, and a few round the corner, cost less. However, they were running a special, so overall their price was going to be cheaper this week, as they were heavily discounting their regular prices. After inspecting the things I wanted dry cleaning very carefully, the guy gave me a quote. When I returned after my price comparison to claim the price he had quoted — another guy had joined him behind the counter, who didn’t like the price the first guy had initially quoted me 30 minutes before. I thought at this point, the guy I originally spoke with would explain that he had already given me a price. Instead he stepped up and started saying how he hadn’t taken into consideration the lining of the dresses, and how they charge separately for that, so it was all going to cost me much more etc, etc. Let me add that my lining was nothing special, just the regular cheap stuff you see on most dresses, so it was clear that I knew, he knew and the other guy with him knew this was just a ridiculous ruse to extort more money out of me as most other dry cleaners were closing shop at that time. I was thoroughly disgusted, but managed to remain calm, and left with all my items. Fortunately, I was able to catch Lucky Cleaners(where Claire Danes seems to have done her dry cleaning if you believe their signed photo of her), and not only were they happy to do the dry cleaning for me at a good price, they added a further 20% discount for being a new customer. Final Score 1 to me and Lucky Cleaners, 0 to Green Tree and their unfair practices.

–Located outside vons on wilshire with ample street parking –If you shop at vons there is a coupon on the back of your receipt with 25% off laundered shirts and 40% off dry cleaning for Green Tree. this brings down the price so it is comparable with other dry cleaning places in the area –They do a pretty good job with men’s and women’s clothing, i’ve used them a bunch now –My issue is how long they wait to make you pick up your clothes. On a regular basis my clothes are usually not ready for 3 – 5 days which is a lot compared to all the places that do same day or 1 day.
