I love Kate Spade! I collect their one-​of– kind rings. I tend to get them online and or at the store. I am always greeted once I entered the store. I recently bought a ring, but once I got home one of the stones were missing. I was bummed because I wanted to wear it ASAP! I called the store right away and they told me it was the last one in that size in stock. However, I can come in and they can ordered the ring online. They would even waive the shipping cost. I went back a day later and the sales clerk, Sarah, was super helpful. She took care of the return and now my new ring (with all stone intact) is on its way! I really appreciate when salespeople go above and beyond. I am looking forward on adding more rings to my collection!!!

This Kate Spade store is great. The bangle and shoe selection is a little small but you can get by. The employees are friendly and happy. The store, like all Kate Spade stores, is pristine and gleamingly clean. It is always a treat to come to this location — parking in the structures on the weekend can be a battle. If possible, come in the morning or evening hours on the weekend.
Gift wrap is in their adorable gift boxes with little brown ribbon bows nestled in Kate Spade paper bags.
I spoke with a manager who reported that this is the only Kate Spade store in Santa Monica and the other listing was erroneous. They have been trying to get the other location removed from Unilocal for some time now. They receive about a dozen calls per week from customers reporting their difficulty finding the nonexistent store.

I love kate spade and I received a purse as a present and it had broken and I knew that they have a year warranty on there merchandise so I brought it in to see what they could do, and they took it the process took 30 seconds and was very easy

Kate Spade is one of my very favorite lines and when I heard they were opening down the street from me I was stoked! Kate spade store in Santa Monica is awesome and I must say its all thanks to Cori! She’s awesome! She has absolutely the best customer service I’ve experienced and she dresses awesome –I’ve kinda copied her outfits. Nikki and Kelly are also amazing! I always love stopping by even if it’s to get something small and these girls always make my visit very enjoyable! Cori, Nikki, and Kelly are the best! I really recommend you stop by and if you’re unsure about an outfit these girls will go out of there way to help you walk out with a fabulous outfit!!! I will never go to another Kate Spade store! :)
