New Location, New You! I’ve gone back twice since the new location opened and it appears they’re cooking with pride these days. Pizza was not rotating on a triple layer heatbox, it comes straight out of the wood fired oven, made to order. So happy my family can walk down the street to pick up a pizza and not drive to Mar Vista for pizza movie nights. Bravo!

Don’t order delivery or takeout. Everything on the take home menu is priced incorrectly, and they charge you more in the store. Food’s alright though

I needed a quick lunch at work one day so I walked into this spot I so often drive by. It’s a hidden gem with excellent deli sandwiches with homemade French bread, I had the pastrami which was excellent minus throwing in the sprouts. Their New York style thun pizza was the best I ever had. Service was quick & friendly with easy parking. Small crowded spot but it’s excellent! This Chef approves!

I came in for the first time 3 weeks ago and have been in every day since. The pizza is so flavorful and beyond delicious. The crust and sauce is perfect. I always end up getting another slice to go. The burgers are also so juicy and big. I usually will get the western bacon burger! They have broaster chicken which they were sampling! It was so good and I keep craving it. I definitely am ordering it next time!

We were really disappointed after ordering for delivery twice here.
The food was delicious but sadly ice cold. The managers each time were very nice but really couldn’t do much to resolve the issue. They even got the owner phone but he basically left us hanging.
I would try them again but not on a busy Friday night.
I get the feeling the owner is very hands off and leaves the poor managers to struggle with order fulfillment and complaints.
They use one of the popular delivery services but should know they are very unreliable.

Ocean park pizza has the best New York style pizza I have ever had. The flavor is so amazing and the sauce is just perfect. The crust is thin and just right. I recently had their broaster chicken and it is to die for. So flavorful and so juicy. Definitely will be back this week.

I honestly love pizza and sometimes it’s hard to find really good pizza, but this place did not dissapoint! I decided to give it a shot when I heard that the people that own Bud’s deli also own this because I love Bud’s! I was in Pizza Heaven!!! It was amazing and the cheese just has that pull that you look for. I love this place and consider it my new spot for some really good pizza. I have gotten both delivery and take-​out and everyone is always so nice!!!

Really rude delivery guy. Tried to claim that my address «didn’t exist» and then tried to get sassy saying I needed to come down and pick up the pizza myself… Alrighty there chief, let me get on that… lol. Will definitely not be eating at this place! And just a tip to the managers: maybe teach your delivery people some manners! Or I don’t know, hire some people who have brains in their heads and can understand numbers and street addresses. I always tip very well and am respectful to everyone… What a joke that you live in a place that has beautiful weather every single day, palm trees, and is basically paradise and you act like that… Absolutely zero class… Ended up getting some pizza from Johnnies on 2805 Abbot Kinney Blvd and WOW THEY WERE AMAZING! & JOHNNIES I can highly reccommend! Showed up with a smile on their face, was polite, and on time! Oh and the pizza was very fresh & delicious! And – oh my god – they could read the exact same street address and not get confused, how awesome!

Unbelievably, the driver delivering my order insisted on a larger tip. My requests always asked for dark meat … When this was not available, I cancelled my order. Today, I was told that my orders would no longer be issued. I question why and was told by Gary that I refused to pay which was not the case. Each time an order was place written in the order were my specifications.
No longer order food from this establishment and will take my business elsewhere.

One day, my mom came to my work to drop off a brown bag filled with broasted chicken and potato wedges. Didn’t think anything of it. Until I started eating it. It was already cooled down but the wedges were still good. Usually potato wedges get all soggy but these didn’t. As far as the chicken. DEAR GOD. It was soooooo good! I’ve never had chicken like that before. When I asked where she got this magical food, she directed me to this spot. I would’ve never given this place a chance if it wasn’t for my mother. Next time I’ll try their pizza.

Ocean Park Pizza catered my son’s birthday party today! I was blown away by the exceptional quality of the pizzas and their gourmet salads. Their portions are very generous and their prices are excellent!!! Delicious homemade Italian pizza and not a puny 12 inch size… it was an 18 inch jumbo pizza!. My favorite was the veggie and the arugula truffle pizza! The guests were raving about the food and kept coming for seconds and thirds and we still had a lot left! They will be my go to place from now on. I can’t wait to try the other items on the menu. Ocean Park Pizza staff exceeded my expectations. They delivered on time and helped me out with set up and all with patience and a smile!

I Absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE, the owner Gary is such a humble guy and the staff Billy and Rohillo are so friendly. I was blown away by their exceptional customer service and let’s not forget the delicious pizza they make everyday. I love it how generous they are with their toppings. Definitely coming back with my friends and family.

I’ve been going here for years. I’m from New Jersey and had a hard time finding good New York style pizza out here. This is the closest to just regular east coast pizza that I’ve found! I live two blocks away and order it every Friday night. The guys who work there are hard-​working, not getting rich but really nice to us and we miss it when we’re out of town. WAY cheaper than Grey Block etc. I recommend pick up v. delivery though as delivery can be slow at peak times. There are a few tables both indoor and outside but I’ve never eaten there!

I ate here twice and there’s zero redeeming value here. The pizza has no flavor, no love and there’s just no quality to it whatsoever. They have 3 pizzas in a glass warmer and it sits there all day until its sold by the slice. There are no other walking distance options so we order delivery from another place. If you value quality pizza do not order here. Actually, they’re out of business now, so hopefully the new spot is a step up.

FINALLY DECENT NEW YORK SLICE! The sauce was great… quality cheese and the crust had a little snap to it… I am from Chicago and a self-​professed pizza snob, but OPP won me over. He even had a homemade jug of ICED TEA behind the counter! Ice cold Iced tea and a killer slice of AUTHENTiC New York pizza… oh yeah, doesn’t get much better than this!

Food isn’t bad especially if you know what you’re doing.
Something fried, greasy, not overly done, pizza, pasta, type place.
When I’m hungry, and I don’t want to count it as a meal, I get a slice togo to eat on my ride.
I call that fatty status!
Again, not bad!

I thought this place was really cute. It’s small and modest, but it serves really good pizza by the slice and the staff are all nice. I got two slices of cheese and a drink for 7 $ and some change, it was both cheap and delicious

I ordered the Ocean Park Combo pizza. Pretty good except it had literally not one slice of pepperoni on it. Not one slice. I was torn between the combo and just pepperoni. Made the wrong call. But I not writing about the pizza …
The driver informed me that my tip was inadequate. My 15% tip that is. He berated me and told me that such a tip didn’t even cover the gas and that his employer didn’t pay him a salary — he only worked on tips. I told him I would never order from them again because he was so rude. That was the end of our conversation.
Called to speak to a manager. None on duty. Out until Monday.
Emailed them. No response.
Poorly run place. Pick-​up only.

I’ve been looking all over for an edible Meatball Sandwich. It’s here. I live in Santa Monica and it’s a bitch having to drive to Giovanni in Fullerton for a meatball sandwich. Well, Ocean Park Pizza has it. The meatballs aren’t green inside and they taste pretty good. They have a bunch of sandwiches and styles of pizza, too. You should go to here.

WHAT IS THIS CHICKEN! It is juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and seasoned perfectly all throughout, likely as a result of being brined in magic.
They call this chicken broasted, which I guess is broiled and roasted? Odd choice in that it is pressure-​fried. It’s Honey Kettle Chicken good. I’m talking some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had in LA good. And because it’s this well-​kept secret, it’s not crowded and the workers are just so nice.
Metered parking out front is free after 6pm. Apparently there’s also pizza. I’ve had their wings and they aren’t anything to write home about.
Just come for the chicken. GOD it’s good.

this may be a pizza joint, but HELLO Broaster chicken! Too dieee forrr… I’ve worked around the corner for a year now, and always say I need to stop in, finally I did and it was the best and worst decision ever! Cause now I will be eating fried chicken more than any person would EVER want to! If you are ever in Santa Monica, and wants some amazing fried chicken… here is your place!
