I came to Stephanie in the beginning at the recommendation of a co-​worker. I had been looking for a hairdresser for a while and was open to trying someone new.
Right from the beginning Stephanie was terrific. She was honest about whether a style I had brought in from a magazine would work for my hair and would make suggestions to other cuts or styles that would work with my fine hair.
She takes her time and remains focused on one client at a time. She recommends products without being pushy and always has a smile on her face.
The salon is spacious and although loud with your typical hair salon noise beyond that it’s a easy going experience.

I have followed her from Seattle to Santa Monica, and she has been the only one I trust with my hair for almost 7 years now. She is your girl for anything from a simple trim to venturing out and trying something new!

I love Steph at Fred Segal!!! If you are looking for color, you will be in good hands with her. She listens to what I’m wanting before plunging in. She never forces anything & let’s me show her what I have in mind before we start. And I always leave happy with my color. It looks so natural & I get endless compliments on my locks, thanks to her :) Steph also is super hospitable & makes you feel very comfortable while you’re with her as well, always offering to get me coffee or a snack. So sweet!

Stephanie is one of the best stylist I have used. I have very long hair and am very picky about who I let cut it! She not only did an amazing color job but also cut and blow dry. Stephanie got volume and shine into my hair with the great products she uses. Highly recommended.
