Vu Linh, DDS

I’ve been seeing Dr Vu since I moved to LA 12 years ago. She takes great care and pride in her work. She’s the best!

BEWARE! PAY BEFORE YOUR PROCEDURES!!! DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE ME!
i went to dr. vu for the second time after an initial checkup to get 4 cavities filled. i call the (extremely incompetent, inarticulate, joke of a) secretary to get a quote on what it would cost me. she tells me around $ 167.
while in the chair and getting my cavities filled.dr. vu tells me she has to fill 2 more cavities (NO WAY i developed 2 cavities since my last apt which was less than a week earlier)…RED FLAG #1
when i go to pay. she tells me i owe $ 276…unbelievable!.. i ask her what the charges are and have her break it down for me in detail. which seems to annoy her.
i just got ANOTHER statement in the mail for $ 276.i call the office right away to find out what its for and she tells me in a stuttery voice that she knows dr. vu told me she would take care of the rest so she will give me a call to let me know what the deal is…
needless to say i am not paying a DIME more. this is a JOKE.
its really a shame that theyre doing this. and i hope this helps someone else prevented from being overcharged and basically lied to.
save yourself the money, stress, and hassle. USE ANOTHER DENTIST!

I was referred to Dr. Vu by a good friend after having very bad experiences with two other dentists, whose names and foul deeds will remain unspoken. I took my elderly mother to see her, as well. Dr. Vu is scrupulously honest, highly skilled, gentle, kind and her manner just puts people at ease Her prices are fair and reasonable. And she takes insurance and is an in-​network provider of some insurance plans. Not all good, honest dentists do accept insurance now. Dr. Vu doesn’t look at your mouth like a wallet, as some other dentists do and only advises treatment if it is needed. Sounds like that philosophy should be a given, but let’s just say that isn’t the case with all dentists.

Dr. Vu is the best! She is so gentle, and has tiny hands so she doesn’t have to pry your mouth open.
She is great with kids, fun to talk to, and always remembers what is going on in her patient’s lives. Dr. Vu is easy to get in to see, and her prices are reasonable. She makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

Dr. Linh Vu is very gentle. My husband and I have been going to her for years and she makes getting your teeth cleaned and check-​ups enjoyable. She had to fill a cavity of mine and held my hand during the novacane injection because I was scared. She is nice, gentle and honest.

Dr. Vu is a wonderful dentist. She was recommended to me by a friend, after I had had an experience I found unsatisfactory with another dentist. Dr. Vu is so kind, nice, honest, and trustworthy. Her prices are reasonable, too. I am very happy with her help with both general cleanings and with fillings.
