The car, a tiny Chevy Spark(the Equinox never arrived) had greasy stains on the drivers side seat, and worse, smelled of those horrible scent packages some detailers hide in the cars — or something like that. The smell made me sick. Ended up not using the car, taking it back. They are nice people to work with — but the car was, for me, just not useable.(And I hate to leave a bad review, and hope the problem can be worked on. Many people have chemical/scent allergies).

Did not have a car for my reservation. They said there would be a car brought within ½ hour, so I came back an hour later but no car and no promise as to when one would be brought. I ended up having to personally go to the Johnson Dr. location and pick up the car myself.

I rent from this location often and every time I get excellent service. My most recent experience wasn’t the best, from a change in policy that caused me to go back and forth a few times, to getting a car that had some issues, but John went above and beyond to make sure that he fixed the issues. He was so nice and accommodating and was quick to fix everything that happened. I will definitely continue to use Santa Paula Enterprise as my go-to for car rental needs.

I am really really disappointed with the service my boyfriend and I received from the Santa Paula location. I will never go to them again. We made a reservation a week before our pick up date and thought we were good to go. When we showed up to pick up the car we were told they released the car to someone else. Our reservation was for 8am and they only hold cars for 30 minutes. I was never told about the 30 minute hold policy, nor did we receive a call. We didn’t receive an apology and were left to figure something out last minute.
