I use the Santa Paula UPS store for all of my professional and personal shipping and printing needs. I find the staff helpful and knowledgeable for all my printing projects, everything from large copy projects, full color brochures, and programs to spiral bound photo albums of my family vacations. I routinely have them print out from computer files my electrical schematics and site drawings and scan to hi-​res PDF file old archival drawings to be stored on my laptop for field use. i am a technical person and very picky about the quality of my drawings and they always strive to provide the quality I expect. I’m grateful that we have a local store that provides the professional service I have come to expect.

We are so thankful for the people at «The UPS Store» in Santa Paula! I have been using their services for years! Whether printing my weekly Bible Studies or Notarizing Important Documents these people never disappoint! I love the new copying machine! Great Service! Great Equipment! Great Experience!

Zero customer service. Zero compassion. Zero kindness. Horrible experience! Recognizing my stressful situation this man flat out refused to look up a tracking number for me. The more upset I got the more I entertained him and his helper. Finally– I just realized this guy is a jerk. Not excited over having this UPS store in SP anymore. SMH

You get charged for any small thing even if your label is already payed for and boxed, its ridiculous. I would recommend avoiding this place at all times as well. Last time I went I asked «are you gonna charge me for tape today?» and he said no only cause his registered was already closed lol my Co worker said they tried charging her ten bucks for tape… Fuck that

Maaan, every time I come the guy nickle and dimes me for some ridiculousness.
I would suggest avoiding this place at all costs. Worst customer service ever. Has a charge and a fee for everything. Came to do livescan and he tried charging me even though the company covers it. Gave me attitude when I pointed out that the company covers it.
Hate this place. Wish I could go somewhere else for livescan. Have to drive to oxnard now.

This place is closed for construction. There’s a sign that says it should be closed for only a couple of days but the place is completely torn up and it’s the only place in Santa Paula that can mail packages, at least they could have put up an alternative location to take a package.
