Accurate Forklift

My business has a forklift at a warehouse in Novato, which needed quite a bit of work. It was leaking coolant and another mechanic had diagnosed it as needing a new head gasket. Because a forklift is so heavy we would have had to have it picked up by a towing company and transported to a shop, so it’s therefore easier to use a mobile repair service. However, there are not many mobile forklift services around. I came across Accurate Forklift in Santa Rosa on line. Duke is the service manager who quickly set us up with an appointment. David, the mechanic who came out was very friendly and immediately found several other problems with the forklift, and I never doubted him or had any suspicion that he was not truthful. He assessed that the lift needed a new radiator, water pump, and heat exchanger. Duke had initially estimated the cost for replacing the head gasket to be around $ 1,200.00 but with the additional repairs the estimate jumped to around $ 2,500.00. They ordered the parts and as soon as they had them David came back and put everything together again. The final cost came in at $ 2,200.00. We couldn’t be happier with the customer service, professionalism, and expertise of this company.
