Show up on time. Give a fair price. Offer true local services.
I was impressed with Riley (the sales person), he was not pushy and gave a great idea of how we could be protected. His boss Sean was helpful with the entire process as well.
The whole company seems to care and that shows.
I would recommend them to anyone wanting service.

One of the best, professional alarm companies around. It’s nice having a local company to monitor and service my system versus a huge company that has so much to do that you end up being an after thought. I highly recommend All Guard, if you’re looking for an alarm, this is the company to go with, and well worth the cost I might add.

Service was (very) poor; essentially unresponsiveness to a broken system. They even charged me when the system was inoperative. Took several calls and a fax to terminate their service.

Excellent experience. Went from analysis, to quote, to adjustments, to layout to install and follow up. Excellent communication. I’d use them again for my alarm needs, for sure! Chantalle did a great job getting us set up and making sure we were happy after installation.
