Love this place! Lily and her crew are knowledgeable, competent, and efficient. Whenever I’m in need of quick answer to a health issue, Lily and co. have an immediate answer and always lead me to the right product. Speaking of products, I’m in love with their carefully curated array of items that cover the spectrum of issues I may be dealing with on a given day. Farmacopia products are always top quality and effective. 5 Stars!

Lily is a compassionate and skilled practitioner. Years ago, she was the only person to give me hope that I would recover from what was labeled a long-​term, debilitating condition. My teenage son was experiencing loss of appetite and other unpleasant side effects from an ADD medication he was taking, and was also in a nutritional rut. He has always been a picky eater and getting him to eat a variety of foods, not to mention ENOUGH food to keep his weight up had become harder than ever, and he had lost quite a bit of weight and it was effecting his energy and concentration levels. At his age, he was loathe to eat «what mom tells him» so I decided to take him to see a nutritionist for both guidance and inspiration. I figured if he took ownership of his own nutrition, he would do better. We contacted Lily at Farmacopia who suggested we stop in and speak with her nutritionist, so visited during their drop in hours the next day and spoke at length with Trina. Trina was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and connected immediately with my son. We made an appointment for a full consultation, and she spent close to 2 hours with us, sharing snack & meal idea lists, detailed nutrition advice, and more. She had experience working with kids & teens with ADD & who experienced med side effects, and was non-​judgmental and open. It was just what he needed, and especially effective that it wasn’t «mom» who was advising him to shift his eating habits. The guidance we received at Farmacopia was invaluable, and I am so glad this resource is available in our community. Hooray and thank you to Trina, Lily and the entire Farmacopia staff for being so welcoming and supportive with a reluctant teen and a worried mom.

I have ordered from them for many years and have paid for private consultation. They have developed too much attitude and cannot even answer a question over the phone without coming in for an hour private consultation for additional expense. They probably have good products but the customer service and poor attitude is the worst.

Lily Mazzarella is a total herbal GENUIS with a HUGE heart and a deep knowledge of the body that always completely blows my mind. Such a lovely hidden treasure! Their bitters bar and custom tincture bar are unique unto themselves, we are very lucky to have such a resource for herbal medicine.
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, I felt comfortable hanging out and perusing their supplements and skin care sections. Plus, they are now carrying KaliBean skin care, as they aim to support and showcase products made by local herbalists… YES!
