In-N-Out Burger

Good as always. Chocolate milkshake was delicious. Busy even at 3pm. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean.

Great food, friendly people, but I find myself never going here anymore. THE LINE IS UNBELIEVABLE. On Tuesday at around 8:30, I went to get a burger and fries with a friend before a movie showing at 10 and ended up waiting two hours! I was caught completely off guard by the line and ended up missing the movie, stuck in the drive through line. :(
Now every time I’m craving a great burger I find somewhere else to go because I don’t feel like driving all the way down to SR to get stuck in a 1 – 2 hour line. There are never parking spaces available so there are no other options.
The food at this In-​n-​Out is consistently flawless, and the people there are delightful. We know you don’t want to over-​expand and lose quality but you’re losing customers because of this problem. Please fix it. Keep true to your name, guys.

I had a great time at this joint. The food was great and the service was better! While my son and I were enjoying some burgers, he accidentally dropped his on the floor. The fellow working in the dining area saw this happen and came over to investigate. We told him what happened and he promptly left to get my son another burger to replace the one that had fallen. I asked him how I could pay for the burger, and he politely said that there was no charge required. We finished our food, said goodbye, and as we got into the car my son said «please give them a five star Unilocal review». All in all, it was an amazing place and experience, and I hope to go there again soon.

Something is happening with this location, you guys have always been busy and popular but the last few times i have tried to get a burger i have had to leave, there is no where to park and the wait for the drive thru is all the way on the street. I have tried going at different times and it is always the same, i crave your food but i refuse to wait in the line.
I know you didnt just became more popular so the problem has to be in the restaurant, perhaps more or better staff.
Today you lost my bussiness, dont know that i will keep coming back.
Perhaps its time to add a second santa rosa location?

I don’t need all that extra sauce, attitude, and wilted lettuce with my order, do you? If you said, yes than you’re most likely looking for two arches not a palm tree.
Just bring me a double double with grilled onions, tomato, ketchup and mustard period!!! Make that two if I have to work through lunch and add a medium root beer, please.
These kids are very well mannered at the drive thru, curbside, and the inside counter. A special thank you to my cashier Sara for excellent, attentive service from order to table delivery earlier this evening. :-)

Who the hell did hey have design the drive-​thru and parking lot? Calling it a mess is an understatement and you can tell they wanted to put this one up quick. Completely unplanned. $$$$

In and out is just what it is… In and out. Pretty cheap efficient not bottom of the line fast food. Not exactly proud to say I partake but late nights or on a budget this place comes through…
What I would like to bring attention to however is one particular older gentleman who works here with the spirit of an ambitious 16 year old who wants to make CEO someday. Just great at what he does and always doing it with a smile and going the extra mile. Brought my dog some water today and checked if I needed anything while I was eating. Have seen this fella several times now and never once has smile been missing and never once has it been anything but genuine. These five stars are for you David.

In-​N-​Out always gets an automatic 5 star from me. Sorry. I know they do not have a single Michelin star — but In-​N-​Out represents comfort to me. I know there are much better cheeseburgers at other places, but I enjoy the convenience and price of In-​N-​Out.
Cheeseburger, extra onions. The sweetness of the soft bun, the onions, the cheese — it all melds together with such pleasant sensation of taste and calm. A good cheeseburger can really alter my mood. I like it like that.

Quality is great however there’s always a long line for drive thru. The line is as long as where the entrance is sometimes. What I do now is I find parking and order inside. It’s faster than waiting and wasting my gas!
Food is always delicious at In n Out and my favorite are animal style fries! Can’t forget my strawberry milkshake!

Really enjoy the burgers here. I order the double double and it always is cooked just right. The fries are okay. You have to eat the fries right away or they just don’t taste as good. The milkshakes are delicious. My favorite is the strawberry flavor. It’s so creamy and smooth. No chunks that get stuck in the straw. I usually eat my order in the car which is great bc they put your order in a box as opposed to a paper bag. This place gets super busy regardless of what day of the week it is. Best times to go through the drive thru are after 1pm or before 5pm. I like that they are open till 1 am bc sometimes if I work a late shift it’s convenient to ho here and get some dinner before heading home.

Omg i am so friggin pissed! I never get animal fries and the one time I do they mess up my order! I didn’t just get charged for animal fries to just get melted American cheese on my fries! I know, throwing major bf but come on! It doesn’t even make sense! An order of melted cheese on French fries? Really!!!

On the other hand I know you’re all busy. I’m just so bummed. Waahh. I would’ve taken the, back but was already home and it’s pouring out side and I live quite a distance.
Now I know to friggin check my order even if I have to open stuff up to make sure it’s all good. So bummed. Was so excited. Had been such a long time.

Prices at In-​n-​Out have gradually increased over the years. Thankfully the food quality has stayed consistent and the employees here are usually friendly! The drive-​tru line is ALWAYS LONG.

Cheeseburgers have been my thing since I popped out the womb! I love them. A nice juicy meat patty tucked inside a nice bun, where it lays with cheese, lettuce, onion and tomato. The idea of burgers always has me salivating.
Where I come from, New Mexico, we don’t have In-​N-​Out even though I keep praying it happens one of these days. Since I was young, we’ve visited California and other states who have been blessed to have this chain many times.
The thing about this chain is that I have had ups and downs with it. Initially loving it, then being mehh about it. But now I like it again!
I like that they have fresh produce all the time. Meat is fresh and everything is made and cut to order! They also treat their employees well which is a huge plus!
This location was great! I visited it a couple of times within a 4 day time span– oops! But it’s so tasty! The staff is always so quick and very friendly. Even with incredibly long lines, they get people through in a timely manner! A bigger parking lot would be better but what can you do!

This rating isn’t for quality, as the food has never failed to disappoint, however this rating is strictly based on the experience.
Never ever under ANY circumstances use the drive thru! ESPECIALLY on an Saturday night (10pm). It seems that everyone and their mother used the drive thru. I waited about 20 minutes or so just to get to the point where the very nice gentlemen standing in the cold took my order, and then additional 25 minutes or so of waiting to get my actual order. Long story short (too late) I waited so long; that I actually forgot what I ordered.
What’s nice though, is that just before you order there is a side opening where you can bail out of the line. I unfortunately made the mistake of taking it to the danger zone, and went past the point of no return.
By the time I got my food (40 minutes later) I wasn’t even hungry, and the food was somewhat cold.
Moral of the story? Go elsewhere on a weekend!

After a loooong day of wine tasting, thank god for this place!
There are your classy wine tasters who enjoy a long lunch, visit a few wineries, and tuck into a nice, tasteful restaurant to enjoy local cuisine and rub elbows with fellow revelers. Then, there’s moi. Hit up Safeway for a sandwich and potato chips, then cram in as many wineries as you have no idea what you’re drinking anymore. :-P
At the end of a long day in Sonoma, a burger (or two) is in order. I appreciate that this location was kind, and that the dude at the counter made sure my phone made its way back to me after I left it in the bathroom… it was only 6 pm, but the nights start early in the North Bay.
I’d come back in a heartbeat — stocking up on burgers early may be the way to go next time!

I don’t know what the hype is! We were so stoked to try In And Out, and based on the amount of business, we thought we were going to be floored. Burger was OK, not much flavor going on in the meat. Ordered cheeseburger animal style, extra pickles and fries. They boast they have fresh fries, but they tasted like they were freezer burned. Not fresh! The sauce was the only good thing they had going.
Five Guys, even Wendy’s is better than In and Out, and has a more flavorful patty.

STOP RAVING ABOUT THIS PLACE.

The burgers are okay, they’re like a west-​coast white castle if anything. Get the burger animal style and double, bite into it. Now finish it, and go to Wendys and get something better for your dollar.
The place is okay, the service is nice, but the food just really isn’t there.

Heard much about it and finally tried it out. Have to say: the burgers are good and definitely well-​priced — a cheeseburger combo with fries and meal for 5,35 $ is not really gonna kill you — but I also think the burgers are not really special neither.
So the burger comes with a nice sauce, lettuce, tomato and either raw or grilled onions. The great thing: the fries are freshly cooked. You can see the people working in the back putting the whole potatoes in a slicing device and out come the french fries to be put in the hot oil which — as they claim — is free of trans-​fats since 1948 — which is a good thing. They really kinda taste like self-​made fries, too.
They also offer small and very hot whole chillies that go along very well with the burgers — if you like to eat spicy. But careful: they are hot!
Overall I can recommend eating here, it is tasty and affordable but I just don’t think it is really that special.

Double double with fries. It’s one of the slower fast food chains and it’s usually a little bit of a wait, but it’s worth it to see Christian kids make fries from scratch and burgers are so good.

I love In-​N-​Out and this particular location I’ve been to the most except maybe the one on Dean Martin in Las Vegas. The parking lot is kind of small and it can be hard to get a parking spot but this place is just worth it.
Like any In-​N-​Out the menu is so simple and there aren’t many choices. Onions or not? Animal style? You’re still getting burgers, fries, drinks etc. Not really much of a stretch. Order, pay, wait for your number to be called.
In this particular location you may want to get your seating with others to hold it while you order because this place can be that busy. Worst case you can go outside and eat it. You know the weather in Santa Rosa is usually beautiful, eat outside if you have to.
Double double with onions is my favorite, I usually will get 2.
There is just something so good about these burgers and it may have something to do with the fact that they taste so good and they are affordable.
