Jeannie Pflum, DO

I cannot sing enough praise for Dr. Pflum. Very rarely do we find that patient-​doctor relationship that you know is for life. Dr. Pflum was my OB throuhout my entire pregnancy, and she took such good care of me that I couldn’t think of ever seeing a different OBGYN. So much so, that when obama care changed my insurance, I picked my plan based on staying with her.
Dr. Pflum is one of those doctors that really goes above and beyond the call of duty, which is what makes her so special. She always has time to happily answer any questions of my questions, even at the end of a long day. During pregnancy, I was consistently offered highly intelligent, trusted advice from her without ever feeling pressured or unheard. She helped work with me to find a birthing plan that worked for me. Her answers are honest and to the point, while still delivered in a gentle way.
She is also incredibly committed to her patients. After birth, I had some complications from the epidural (administered by a different doctor.) and needed to be sent to the E.R. for an emergency blood patch. Dr. Pflum was on call there and made a point to come down from a different building on her break and track down the anesthesiologist, to ask how it had gone. She also did a follow up call the next day from her cell phone just to make sure I was feeling better. Wow! I couldn’t have felt like I was in better hands.

Dr. Pflum and Sutter do an amazing job. I wouldn’t go to any other doctor or go to any other clinic. A+++ in every aspect.
