What I appreciated most about my expierence working with Michael was that he treated me like his only client from my first phone call through the entire process. Michael eased my concerns during a very stressful time in my life and for that I will be forever grateful. Highly recommended!

Just thumbing thru the phone book, I came upon Mike’s name and phoned him up to see if he could show up that very afternoon for an arraignment of a relative on several serious charges. I was so happy he agreed, without prepayment, to leap into the fray and represent us.
Our subsequent experiences with him were phenomenal. He is the least-​ostentatious attorney you might ever hope to meet, though he exudes a quiet and disarming degree of personal and vocational dignity. He is obviously well-​known and respected by the Sonoma County legal community, and has had long-​term experience on both sides of the criminal law community there.
Though, as some aspects of the case are still pending, and I cannot comment too directly on the case, I would say we got the best possible outcome given the circumstances.
As far as fees were concerned, I feel the flat fee requested at the beginning of the process was more than fair, given the extensive number of appearances in court and legal procedures he introduced. I felt his dedication was to seeing his client got the best representation, not that he got the most amount of fees out of the situation.
I could not recommend Michael Li more highly, am EXTREMELY GRATEFUL to have had his services, and hope, if you are in the unfortunate position of having to seek a criminal defense lawyer, you will give him strong consideration.
