My refrigerator and freezer were no longer staying cold enough and i called RC-​3 Appliance Repair. Ruben showed up the same day I contacted him, was on time and figured out the problem with our refrigerator in short order. It needed a new defroster heating element and he happened to have the replacement part in his van and within an hour. Fast, affordable and efficient is how I would describe Ruben. Thanks Ruben for the great service!

Rueban is as good as it gets. He was on-​time, very professional, knowledgable and helped us through the warranty process. He diagnosed the issue with my microwave, refrigerator and washer, ordered parts and then installed new parts all with-​in a timely fashion. Thank you Rueban, we appreciate your good work and now have functioning appliances… so nice!

Our refrigerator broke on Thanksgiving. It was still under warranty from when we bought our house and so the warranty company sent this guy to us. Now, it is the new year, and we are still without a part. First, he didn’t have the right part. That’s understandable. Then, the next week, he showed up the wrong part. Now, the part is «back-​ordered» and he will not return phone calls.
