Love walking into a Starbucks and being remembered. The whole team here is amazing. I come to this Starbucks 2 – 3 times a day because of this. If you want an awesome STARBUCKS experience come here hands down.

Service is always fast. you have to expect sometimes service is going to be little slow sometimes, rush hours. everybody at this store is friendly and courteous.
Lexi & Daniela is one of the best at this store and funny :) actually everybody here is good at what they do at the store.

Typical Starbucks. Drinks are always made quickly (and correctly) by friendly baristas.
There is a lot of work space if you need that, but they did get rid of the big comfy chairs in the corner.

Great, friendly staff at our local Starbucks. They take great pains to get the drinks right and will remake them if there’s any problem.
It’s the closest decent coffee shop to our house, so we go there often for coffee or whole beans to grind at home.

The only thing that bothers me is that the glass doors on the front and side entrance are often greasy with hand prints.
Yuk. Those glass doors need to be Windexed at least each morning. The restroom also
gets heavy use and needs some cleaning attention. I’ve had to notify the staff that
the restroom was out of hand soap. Uh, thats nasty. Those hand prints on the doors that
I noted in my first line of this review… got it?
I’ve noted this same problem at other local Starbucks stores. **
(I will post this same review on the other Santa Rosa stores as well).
Were it not for the greasy, nasty hand prints on my first entry for coffee, I’d rate the stores
five star.
Otherwise, the staff are always top notch.
The added benefit of this store is:
*Easy parking
*Costco & Costco gas in the same complex.
*Target in the same complex.
*Other retail stores & fast food.
*Inside /​outside seating.

I came in with my daughter for vanilla shakes. The barista taking our order was very pleasant and kind, although she left me without saying what she was doing, to go talk to someone not happy with their drink. I understand she wanted to make it right with them but leaving me in the middle of the order (literally in mid sentence) to walk away and talk to another customer for a minute was strange.

Met my girlfriend here for some coffee and chit chat. It was a little loud, but otherwise ok. Very convenient location. Staff a bit slow, even when it wasn’t busy. I guess it depends on who you get.

Slowest Starbucks ever. 3 people working. One making the drinks & doing it in slow motion. One girl at register & the third girl just waiting for people to order food so she can heat it up. It would be much more efficient if she helped make the drinks and the girl at the register heat up the food as its ordered. Only two people in line to place an order. 7 or 8 waiting for their drinks

Overall a nice Starbucks, alittle busy and loud can be hard to find a seat at times but the staff is nice and do a good job. the place is pretty clean too.

The girls there seemed a touch unprofessional. You should never ignore a customer at the counter, EVER. The protocol at Starbucks is to always have one person who can immediately service the customer. The drink was decent though. Typical Starbucks.

VERY GREAT SERVICE From Lindsay in Drive through and she always makes my mornings wonderful! She also knows my «regular» drinks and helps make sure they are made correctly, cause I AM a picky Starbucks snob! She is amazing, so glad to have her at my Local Starbucks!

I been here a couple of times and it’s never too busy where I have to wait forever. They never messed up my drink, which is one of my biggest pet peeve so that’s good. It also, taste the way it should and never too milky or anything.

Great location for convenience. Great Staff.
A little too noisy to be a good place to meet up with friends for a chat, because the business that rolls through here is so brisk and the layout of the place isn’t condusive to a nice are for sitting.
Decent (dare I say good?) black coffee because they go through a ton of it here. Specialty drinks are good too. Staff is knowledable and friendly and willing to help you figure out your own creations.
