Styles For Less

On Monday I bought my daughter a few shirts for her birthday from Styles for Less in Santa Rosa, Coddingtown Mall. The store was cluttered and after bringing the items I purchased home, I noticed the quality was complete crap! My daughter wore one of the shirts a few days later and noticed a large hole (probably caused by the cheap material and security device being removed). Saturday I went back in to exchange the shirt for a new one without a hole. I had my receipt but no tag, and the incredibly rude sales woman, Joanna, asked if I had washed it. I said no I haven’t done laundry since before I shopped at Styles for Less. Joanna went on to tell me the shirt was an older style (so what!) and there were none left. Also, after smelling the shirt several times (weird) and having her coworker smell the shirt, she told me it smelled laundered (basically implying I was lying about washing the it). From the beginning Joanna had an attitude. She looked at the schedule and told me the manager wouldn’t be back in the store for a week (what?) and I should come back then. I asked her to write her name down and her manager’s name. She said rudely «I don’t have to give you my name. I have done nothing wrong and I know my employee rights.» What about my right as a paying customer to be treated with respect and common courtesy? I guess Joanna forgot she was wearing a name tag, not the smartest bunch who work here clearly! I can’t remember a time when I was treated with such disrespect at an establishment. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN!!!

The clothes are cute and cheap but always see through, the customer service sucks, and the cashier lady is always pushing the style card way too much

Love the clothes but the service is horrible. The lady behind the counter was way too persistent about the styles member card. I get it she’s triying to sell but after the first couple of times of telling her I’m not interested, she kept insisting. I was being nice and when she didn’t get me to purchase the card at the end she gave me attitude. Not the first time this happens here. Definitely not going back.

Terrible service… no one greeted anyone… the girls just gabbed to each other behind counter. not once did they offer to help unless they were approached… treble customer service… I left without buying
