Ron is the best home theater tech who I have ever used. In the past, I’ve used several different companies… all were lacking in one, or multiple respects. Not Ron ! He quickly diagnosed my problem, offered several detailed options, that we discussed at length, and then implemented our joint plan. He’s direct, highly competent, honest, and his pricing is very fair.
I am delighted to have found him and will definitely use him in the future.

Ron was great. Helped with my home theater installation, helped w issues with my iMac, printer and Chromebook. He knew it all, was friendly and reasonably priced. I have already recommended him to my sister.

After much searching for someone who could help me with my home theater wiring and hook ups, I found Ron. He came up the same day I called him and had me going in no time. I am very impressed with his knowledge and know how and how easy going he is. He has since come back and helped me get my home wireless network optimized and set up a universal remote for all my video components. I highly recommend him and will be using him exclusively in the future as a go-​to guy that I can trust. His rates are very reasonable as well.

Ron was very professional, thorough and knowledgable. He did a flat screen tv install and brought in a carpenter to build a very nice recessed cabinet. He handled the whole thing from selecting the components to working with the carpenter to finally setting up the remotes and fine tuning the tv setup. He was a real pleasure to work with as well. Would recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of technical assistance.

Having Marc as a resource for tech issues is a godsend! Until our son moved out a little over a year ago, all we had to do is shout up the stairs when we needed help with our tv, computer, sound, etc. Since then Marc has become our go to guy for all things techy. he is pleasant, and very good at explaining things. His prices are very reasonable and you can always expect excellent and timely service.

Absolutely the best IT experience possible! We hired TASC to set up all the cameras and networks at Laser Tag of Santa Rosa. Ron was stellar in his customer service and knowledge of security cameras, LAN networks, internet networks, device and compute setup, configuration of wifi and networks, wireless devices, installing software, etc. Besides the fact that Ron is brilliant in his skill level, his customer service is beyond anything I have seen in the field from past people we have hired for IT. Ron COMPLETELY paid attention to economy and our tight budget constraints, offering suggestions to reduce costs for the projects. In fact, we hired TASC to replace our former IT person who was way too expensive. There is no way we are every going to hire anyone else if TASC is available to do the job. Outstanding company!!! VERY STRONGLY RECOMMEND. Funny too. BIG THUMBS UP.

We hired TASC from craigslist to install a projector and a huge screen for our church. Taking down the old screen was a much bigger job than we thought. Ron needed help, so he came back the next day with extra help to bring the screen down and put a new one on. He did not charge extra for this, which we appreciated very much. We had to get the screen up before Sunday worship service, so Ron stayed late into the night to make sure everything is installed correctly. Projector and everything else works very well and we are very pleased with the service.

⁵⁄₅ Stars. Ron is terrific. He was professional (clearly answered questions/​concerns, did an excellent job wallmounting our TV), prompt (he arrived to the minute of our scheduled appointment time) and just a genuinely good guy.
With regard to the wall-​mount experience (60″ HDTV), it looks fantastic. Wire runs through the wall so it appears to be floating. Wallmount and TV are so secure they look like they could survive a nuclear blast. Very impressive work. As a side note, I also did a price comparison and Ron was the best value I could find on Unilocal.
All in all, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ron to anyone looking for great technical assistance and great customer service at a great price. Thanks Ron!

TASC and Ron Barnett recently provided me with outstanding service. I was totally impressed with his professionalism and his patience. I’m not at all tech savvy, but it didn’t matter, he was. He explained what he was doing each step of the way. When he finished setting up my home entertainment system it was perfect. I highly recommend Mr. Barnett and his company.

Ron Barnett does an outstanding job with IT issues and he hasn’t been «stumped» yet with anything we have thrown at him. He is prompt and charges very reasonable rates; much better than all the other IT people we have used in the past.
