This is not just another massage. It is an experience in healing and relaxation. Eoanna’s calming voice takes you with her as she coaxes the knots and tension right from your body, gently feeling her way expertly over your body, she helps guide you through the process with breathing and relaxation and gentle manipulations of difficult areas.
I was fortunate to get a hot stone massage this time and that is one thing I would repeat in a heartbeat. What a treat!
Healing is also what Eoanna does. If you can spend time before or after a session, she will work with you to help your muscles forget what pain is, train your mind to heal your discomforts and teach you exercises to keep you at optimal health.
I have had many massages from Eoanna over many years and since moving away, massage from other therapist just does not compare. Her technique comes from a deep understanding of the connection between mind and body and the tolls life takes on us. I now make sure I find time for Eoanna when I am in town, plan to visit often and eagerly wait my next visit.
