I’ve been using this company for over a year now and can’t be happier. They are prompt and always take my calls. Any time I’ve ever had a question about anything they always give a quick and prompt response. Never an issue!
They also take care of a another family member of my who is tough to please. They haven’t complained once and that’s saying a LOT!

Justin was amazing in installing a whole new system for our aging pool. Pump, heater, plumbing, and turning it to salt water. If you want your pool done right, Viking and Justin are the best!!!

Justin is incredibly knowledgeable. He has serviced our pool twice when it has stopped working or failed. Both times he came out he solved the problem very quickly and was able to complete the repair right away as well.

What a hard working guy! Justin, the owner of this business is such a focused guy!
He just left here after repairing our hot tub, he was so impressive — What knowledge! What patience! I asked so many questions about our hot tub, the chemicals, maximizing the functions — he understood and was patient with every question. He also told me about money saving and time saving tips. I highly recommend him! He did reschedule and I learned why in talking with him — he has a weekly route of care that he does followed by a weekly route of repairs. Busy Guy & Really knowledgeable!

I called Viking to service my spa, after reading a Unilocal review. Justin is very knowledgable, professional and thorough. He went over everything I requested for the spa. He provided much needed information on things as an Owner I can do to maintain the spa for longer lasting equipment and avoid water quality issues. I would highly recommend him.

If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment with him based on Unilocal reviews, he seemed receptive on phone about cleqning our spa, until I asked what time. He said around 11 but can’t promise a time… um how do u set an appointment like that? Ignoring my misgivings I said I understand early or late, please call that day and let us know. My husband took the day off of work to be there… and he never showed up! I called his number, and now the mailbox is full. Now I still need to have it done, and have a pissed off husband and his boss for wasting their time off!

Can’t say enough about Jason and his effecient manner regarding replacing our 20 year old pool equiptment. Our pump died and our pool was turning green… we had several people talk with us… all part of a big company… impossible to trust… big charges. I found Jason and his company on line. We were so happy to support a local young business man… He told us exactly how to fix our problem and prepared three bids… we went with a total redo of our system and are very happy with the results!!! If you need pool repair… run …do not walk to Jason’s phone number… you will feel that you were treated in a fair and honest manner.

Justin knows his stuff. You can trust what he says. I had a year of green pool and tried EVERYTHING to fix it. Had a certain pool service give me an estimate which was astronomical. Justin came in, gave me a fair price, explained the problem, and fixed it completely in short order.
You have to be careful who you let work on your pool. Have had this pool for 20+ years and have had mediocre service to the point I do most myself now, which I don’t particularly recommend. The above nameless pool service replaced my filter grids all right, but last year sent out an apparently unqualified person for the yearly grid clean. My grids are now torn due to the pressure he left the filter at. The grids are 2 – 3 years old.
Go with Justin.

Viking Pool and Spa Service, with the overly-​qualified Justin at the helm, deserve six stars for the exemplary and friendly service that Justin and staff provide. The pool at Fern Grove Cottages in Guerneville is totally well-​maintained and is a welcome haven, especially because of the thorough maintenance provided. Viking is a MUST-​use vendor for all pool owners.

Viking Pool and Spa Service goes above and beyond for their customers. They have extensive knowledge of pool service and equipment installation and are super friendly, trustworthy and professional. I wouldn’t have anyone else in my backyard! They are the best!
