I’ve attended this event in the past and really enjoyed it. However, this year was greatly disappointing. Here are the highlights: 1. No signage to indicate where the entrance was located. While we could see where some people were walking, unfortunately there were too many other people walking in different directions to make a proper decision. For those of us who are not able to walk the long distances, you should really have a sign that clearly says«Entrance» so we won’t have to take extra steps to backtrack to the right entrance. 2. No accommodations for those that are handicapped. While you had«handicapped» parking, you had no special entrance to get to where the action was so that us handicapped folk didn’t have to walk the mile it took to see everything. 3. Lack of friendly and informed staff. It would have been really nice for the staff who are working the external perimeter of this event to be a bit more friendly and informed. Granted it was hot out and such, but to get an «I don’t know.» and an «It’s over there.» with a pointed dismissal is really disconcerting as a patron. Oh, and FYI… my husband was not happy with the attitude of that worker. Customer Service is paramount to success. We really wanted to see a few things, but it was not be this year. I hope that next year you at least fix a few of these issues.
