Jack in the Box

Been here a bunch of times. But twice ive ordered jalapeño poppers. I’m guessing they ran out. Instead of letting me know they put what they had and threw a burned piece of fry to make it a 7^th piece. This has happened twice!

I know its fast food but come on.

Went here a couple months ago… And experienced the WORST overall Customer Service ever in a JITB restaurant.
Walked up to the order counter and no one was there I saw many employees in the back and others tending to the Drive Thru people… But no one at the counter to take my order or even a simple «HI»…nothing stood there for a minute or two… an employee walked by me did not acknowledge me at all went and got a drink from the soda fountain and walked right by me again… I was like «WTH is going on?»…
I spoke up up and said «Hello??»…Finally some one came to the counter… Did not apologize to me for having to stand there for at least 5mins… I yelled out «You guys lost customers»…And basically walked out… No one apologized still as I walked away…
I will never go to this location ever again.

I ordered a burger, when I got home it was missing the burger! How does that happen? The manager told me to drive back to get a new burger. Needless to say corporate wasn’t much better, claimed the DM would call me. This did not happen. I have boycotted Jack in the Box forever. Absolutely unreal !!! Check for your burger before leaving the drive-​thru.

This jack in the box is always very delicious and has exceptional customer service. They are always very nice and polite and make sure your order is up to par. I know it’s just Jack in the box but I’ve gotta say I do love their food! I always get 2 tacos and a breakfast jack with curly fries and a mocha iced coffee. Always good, never disappointed. Also as I stated the employees are always great! Sadly I always have a better experience here than I do at any real restaurants. I definitely recommend Jack over McDonald’s, Wendys, or Carl’s jr. Keep up the good work and yummy food!!!

Have you ever been to a fast food restaurant with fantastic customer service? This Jack in the Box location blows good customer service out of the water. The cashiers greet you with a smile and actually say, «Welcome to Jack in the Box, how may I take your order?» They are smiling throughout, and they just really seem to care. This excellent customer service isn’t limited to inside visits, they are just as friendly and helpful at the drive-​thru. And then to top it off Jack in the Box is home to some of the best food in the fast food game.
My favorite combo is the Jumbo Jack w/​Large curly fries and 2 tacos. This meal is delicious.

Easily one of the worst Jack In The Boxs I’ve ever been to. The food is always cold, like it’s been sitting there for about 30 minutes. They have a time clock at the register so they are trying to get you out of there as fast as possible. I asked for ranch and the guy looked at me like I was totally incoveniencing him. If you are in that area, spend the extra time and $$$ and go to IN-​n-​Out across the street. This place is a joke.

Much better than my last jnb trip. I opted for the jumbo jack meal and it tasted great. Maybe, im just extremely hungry before a 4 hour shift but it works for me. Sucky thing… no bufallo sauce… bummer.

jus got a jumbo jack an large curly fries… u would expect the curly fries to be fresh an hot because it cost more then the burger… the whole large curly fries was burnt an so hard i couldnt even eat it. thats krazy. who ever cooked those fries tonite at 730 need to be kicked in the ass an fired asap

I ate at this Jack in the Box 3 times last year. Everything I ordered tasted old on all 3 visits, especially the tacos. How can you serve soggy tacos when you know it’s the reason half of your customers walk through the door to begin with? I swore I would never visit this Jack in the Box again. Today I did, and once again I regret it. Nothing has changed. Soggy Tacos, cold French fries, and microwaved hamburgers seem to be here to stay. This store doesn’t represent what Jack in the Box is suppose to be.

I’ve only come here late at night to order from the drive thru. I have to say, the food here is just not good– even for Jack N’ the Box standards.
The first time my curly fries were missing. The second time they tasted a few hours old, so we had to go back and reorder them. Tonight they tasted like they weren’t cooked all the way and the lettuce on the burger was twice as big as the bun. They sure know how to be inconsistent…

This is a pretty nice Jack In The Box from the physical aesthetics, the customer service, and the well prepared fat food. Oh yes, and the monster taco is back!
As soon as I learned the monster was back, I ordered one, and I added their BLT Cheese Burger combo with a small fry and drink. (
) The BLT Burger was alright. The meat was a little dry, but tasty, and the burger came with a good amount of chewy bacon, rather than the typical crisscross of two strips. (
) I counted four strips. The lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles were all fresh.
The monster taco was very good, but then again for some reason my tasted buds are a fan of these soy and beef delights. I think it comes from high school days late night eating binges after kegs parties. Food always tasted better after those parties. At any rate, the taco was noticeably larger than their cousins (
) and were more filled with their taco filling extraordinaire. (
) I dig their crunchy chewy shells.
Three stars for the food, but I gave them four stars because the employees were all keen and had great senses of humors. They laughed at my jokes essentially…

Once again my decision to not visit any FAST FOOD businesses has been validated and reinforced. It has been over a year since I have eaten any food from ANY Burger King, McDonalds, Wendys, etc. etc, etc. It will probably be another year before I do it again. Today my wife offered to pick me up something for lunch. Fine, a burger would be nice .Cut to the short and not too sweet. She emphasized, NO Onions. I would not be writing this if they got that one simple request right. These people are in trouble. A In & Out, and a Chick-​Fillet opened right across the street from them.
They get two stars, because the burger wasn’t bad, even though the taste of the onions remained through out.

The four is for customer service! I went in and basically ordered a grilled cheese since I don’t eat beef/​chicken. The guy that was ringing me up said, «so no meat?» I said «yes.» And he came back with do you want hash browns to replace the meat? It sounded good and it tasted good. I will definitely go back.

The location is very clean. Customer service is great and friendly.
I’ve eaten here many times and love the seasoned fries.
This review is for the new waffle breakfast sandwich. I decided to give it a try because I loved the mcgriddles McDonald’s had and it looked like the same concept of sweet and salty together. Well I was wrong, jack in the box missed the mark on this one. My first bite I had to force it down. The waffle (if you can call it that) was mushy, bland and boring, the sausage egg and cheese were the same that they use in all there other breakfast sandwhiches, I took that horrendous «waffle alien» right off and threw it away, I could not even force myself to eat it, that’s how awful it was.
Needless to say I had a bread free breakfast sandwich which was probably better for me anyways.
Love ya Jack but I’ll pass on this one:)

This is the Jack in the Box that rocks the most!!!

Been to many Jack in the Box locations. But this one, this one ROCKS right out of the box. Fastest friendliest service ever. I have never had hotter fresher Fries. All JBs should modle themselves after this one. Congrats to staff and mgt here keep up the good work.
