It took a little prodding, but Amber the shift supervisor was able to take a return from me for s purchase I made in VA. She argued with me politely saying she couldn’t do it because they didn’t stock the item. The second call to her manager «Mary» provided a solution of a cvs gift card. I left satisfied, albeit disappointed how hard I had to work to get my $ 6.20 back at a large store. I left saying we both learned something, I was happy to learn it, not sure Amber was.

cvs, will not be my store of choice anymore, sells stuff that does not work than when i go to return the two others that i did not open i was one day passed the return date that i did not see on the receipt, they would not return it, after 15 years of shopping there i am done with them, than i call 800 number on hold for half hour, they still did not pick up the phone, wal-mart will return stuff whenever with a receipt, plus i have many friends and flamily that are going to wal-mart now, not cvs, glucosamine chondroitin plus uc-11 did nothing but cost me 33 dollars.

I did a little extreme couponing this morning. I’m a big fan of this CVS because every deal in the weekly ad is marked. The CVS on Tamiami Trial never marks their sales so you have to go around guessing and hoping you picked the right one.
Anyway, this CVS has plenty of staff, it’s clean, and very organized. This is the best CVS in the Sarasota area in my opinion. I will continue to go back here!
