These guys are slimy and have some of the worst customer service. Their «tech» guy has no idea what he is doing aside from plugging a machine in the wall. We purchased a machine from them and they stated it would work with our computers and software, Windows, and we have yet to be able to obtain instructions form them or get anyone to set the computers up correctly. Their tech guy was here for 2 hours, couldn’t get the machine to work and sent us a bill for $ 180.00. Run from these guys. The sold us an old machine and stated it would be compatible with Windows 10 which was an obvious lie.
