Holiday Pools of West Florida

Holiday Pools of West Florida built my pool and pavers in January 2015. I’m pleased with it the pool. However, I have called repeatedly for warranty work on pavers that have sunk below level of surrounding pavers. I’ve gotten the run around, Jim McLeod, the owner, has known of the problem and has not shown integrity to fulfill warranty work. Notification began in Oct, Dec. 2015, December 2015 with countless phone calls which has continued to this day of June 20,2016. My pool service technician who has shown great professionalism took pictures of problem area and supplied Holiday Pools. Their weekly meetings have ignored my request to repair their problem. More than 15 calls and it has yet to be repaired under Warranty.
I will not recommend due to Jim McLeod’s Holiday Pools of West Florida lack of integrity for their product!!!
Letter to Better Business Bureau is next. Jim McLeod was told multiple times by ALL personnel I spoke with. They tried very hard to help me.
Mr. McCloud chose to ignore and hope I would «go away».
I’m extremely disappointed with McLeod’s treatment of customers!!!

Holiday Pools just finished our pool and we are more then thrilled with its beauty. Taylor Mcleod was so helpful to us every step of the way. Taylor gave us great ideas, was able to address all of our questions/​concerns and was even able to show us in 3D what our design would look like precisely before they started digging. We are over the moon about our new pool and outdoor living space. We will continue to recommend their work to anyone looking to have a pool installed.

WE ARE SO EXCITED TO HAVE HOLIDAY POOLS INSTALL OUR NEW POOL! Taylor has been wonderful to work with. She is both very knowledgeable as well as responsive whenever we have any questions or concerns. Taylor has gone over and above what we ever expected and has helped to make this process so much easier than we thought-​especially since this is our 1^st pool. Holiday Pools will be starting our pool this week and I can’t wait for them to begin. If everyone is as great as Taylor, I know it will turn out amazing! We will be sure to share the finished product. Taylor, thank you again for everything!

Charged for device calls that never happened. Keep charging my credit card. Had to finally cancel card for them to stop.

My pool area is finished and it is excellent, especially for the price.
Jim and the crew did a good job (with one exception — Tayler in the office is a terrible communicator)
Other than that, I love my pool and spa!
