Can’t give a zero. Received an ingrown big toe from improper clipping. Hard to breathe due to artificial nails being done. Children running around. Not fun at all

Price was right, they did a good job and they were very nice but the salon was pretty dirty. Used old, nasty files. Won’t go back.

Everyone was very sweet and talented that worked there. The salon is very clean. I messed up one nail’s polish shortly after I left, I went back the next day and they fixed it with no extra charge and were very gracious.

When I ask for easy to remove nail polish and I am told over and over that I will get easy to remove nail polish I do NOT want to spend 2 hours removing the polish in ONE hand. Thank goodness I asked for easy to remove… Would I spend 6 hours on hard to remove?

I recently moved from another area of town and a bit too far away from my usual manicure/​pedicure spot that I love. I came across Nail Spa 2Q somewhat by chance as I was driving around closer to my new home and decided to give it a try.
They are hidden away a little bit in a strip set slightly back from Fruitville, in front of Sam’s Club and next to Dunkin’ Donuts and Jersey Mike’s.
I called early afternoon on a Friday to see if they could fit me in almost immediately, not being very hopeful that it was likely to happen, but they did. The lady who answered the phone was charming, polite and helpful. The salon itself is lovely and clean, I was greeted immediately, and my impression from the get go was positive. In addition to the ubiquitous OPI nail colors, they also had some Essie ones which is great.
A very sweet lady did a beautiful job on what were little troll’s feet (moving and three months without a pedicure). She didn’t rush things in spite of it being the aforementioned Friday afternoon on short notice, and was friendly & polite.
They accept credit cards but prefer cash or check. Being my first visit I didn’t know that and they took my card very graciously.
Very happy with the entire experience and will definitely be going back there. So happy to have found somewhere I like in my new neighborhood

Went with my mom to get pedicures. Service was great. They take walk ins and appointments. Received the best foot and leg massage ever and my feet feel and look amazingly soft. Definitely coming back. :-)
