When I need a very detailed well explained inspection, I call Pillar to Post. They are so professional and I really like the fact they work as a team. One for the outside and one for the inside, they each have their area of expertise not to mention, they are done in half the time. They print the report on site and assemble a book for the buyer which includes a great deal of information. They include the selling agent’s business card. Together, we work as a team to be sure the buyer is well informed and aware of what they are buying.

Let me start by saying that I too, am a Home Inspector.
I hired Pillar to Post to inspect a home, which I was buying at the time, and needed to avoid any conflict of interest. That’s why I chose them.
I must say that they were excellent in every sense of the word. Thorough, precise, detailed and easy to understand.
Their inspection gave my additional ammo to negotiate the house with, and boy, did I save a lot! Well worth the service and well worth the cost.
