They were my first trip out to look at wedding dresses and dresses for my maid of honors. It was a HORRIBLE experience. We told the lady there we were browsing so she basically swept us under the rug. I told four dresses I wanted to try and she put them in a room but never told us which one. When I asked for a specific designer and collection she told me they had them and walked away, never asked if I wanted to see any, never offered to pull any and was annoyed when I went and asked for the collection again and if she could pull the dresses of the collection I was specifically asking for, she went to the back room and grabbed 3 and said that’s all she could see The whole 15 seconds she was back there. She never helped me get any of the dresses on, never helped get the dresses up and down off the hooks and told me I could have one of my friends help me if I needed it!
The cherry on the cake was after I was finished trying on dresses I had my maid of honors trying on dresses, both of which are petite and about a size 3. As we were zipping up a dress on my matron of honor the lady makes a remark «not to be rude but don’t break the zipper on that dress!» Basically calling my size 3 sister fat!!!
After that we took all dresses off and got dressed and left and WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!

This was my first time getting alterations. This bridal shop saved my life. I am the maid of honor in my sister’s wedding and had moved away from her. By the time my sister got me the dress it was only a few weeks till the wedding. Shocker the dress was TOO small. I went to a dry cleaner to get alteration and they said it was impossible to take it out. They told me it would be a few hundred dollars to get the dress remade. I went to Daniella’s to look for a new similar dress. When I told them the story they had me grab my dress so they could look at it. They were able to take it out enough to zip. This is all I needed. They did a great job and shockingly great price. I am so happy with it. Oh yea they also did it very quickly. Thanks you so much!
